Yeah, that’s a multi-angle selfie. This is how you know it’s getting serious. It’s so serious that I’ve been invited to the International Selfie League Championship. Each year they invite the 50 top selfie takers in the world, and they crown one as queen of Selfie Nation. I am so close to the crown I can almost taste it. Some of you never thought I would make it this far. Some of you doubted my skill and determination. Some of you may be thinking “Hannah, why has it taken this long to get to the championship?” Well. This is a little known secret, but I have been nominated several times. This is just the only time that I’ve accepted. I wanted to be sure that I was at the prime of my selfie taking abilities, and I feel I finally am. The great thing about selfies is that there is always time for one. No matter where you are or what time it is, there is always room for a selfie. I’m so grateful this sport was invented, and I am eternally grateful to all of my supporters in this journey. My July was so full of life and laughter that I wasn’t even able to post for my BIRTHDAY. Turning 24 on the 24th was so beautiful that I was scared nothing else could ever top it. And now it’s the middle of August and now I KNOW everyday just keeps getting better and better and better and better. At the end of each day, I lay in my bed and I’m like “Wow, surely TOMORROW will be not as good or maybe it will be worse than today.” And I just keep proving myself wrong. These last four photos are literally the perfect depiction of how I feel. I had so much fun in July with so many visitors and trips and outings and nothing bad will ever happen to me or any of my friends or anyone who associates themselves with me. I’ve written this caption while waiting to transfer onto my R train, and I’ve enjoyed the wait very much. And well… my train is here now… so I must be leaving you…. Bye bye #24 by @hkeally

God is in fact a woman and her name is @arianagrande and although I don’t believe in god I do believe in Ariana and I believe Her voice can heal the world if I’m being completely honest. This post isn’t to brag that I saw Her in concert for the third time or even that our seats were eerily amazing, this post is but a shrine of my love for Her and to celebrate all that She has done. I may never recover or be the same woman as I was before her concert and that is for the best. I’m so satisfied with my life after Her concert that I will even end this caption early. #REALLYshortcaptionday by @hkeally

So this is really awkward because I’m not even That Girl to be posting something so late after it happened but here we are. These photos were taken 2 months ago and I’m not afraid to say it. Sorry that I’m a busy busy busy woman and maybe Instagram isn’t even my top priority did you ever stop to think that? I know I let you down. Let’s acknowledge and move past it now. I would be remiss not to post these lovely photos of me and Brooke and Ameris and frankly it would be a disservice to all of YOU. We celebrated Brooke’s 24th birthday and we laughed and giggled and had just the most jolly time in the whole world (I’m still 23 btw). Look at how talented Brooke is at making hats for her birthday. And look at how we glow when we are together. It’s something that can’t be denied because there’s just an objective glow to our wonderful friendship. Not to make anyone here uncomfortable with jealousy but during this trip we did go to Medieval Times and we honestly were the star audience members no cap. The photos have been omitted to preserve your confidence in your own life. Anyways this will be a short caption because like I said these photos were taken two months ago so there’s really no need to waste your time reading when it doesn’t even concern you at all. by @hkeally

I’ve heard it said that people come into our lives for a reason. Bringing something we must learn. And we are led to those who help us most to grow if we let them, and we help them in return. Well, I don’t know if I believe that’s true, but I know I’m who I am today because I knew you. Brooke, now that you’re Officially the Big Two Four, this means I’ve been a part of your life for over 25% of your life. And SOON (ten years) our friendship will have eaten up half of your life! I wish we could get to 90% lifetime best friendship achievement award but we would have to live like super long. I actually do believe in my heart of hearts that if we only had each other for the rest of our lives, we would probably live longer than if we both took husbands. And that’s not even a dig to our husbands because I’m sure they’re like great or whatever but our friendship could cure cancer. It’s hard for my readers to grasp how perfect and stunning you are anymore because we live on separate sides of the planet, but this problem will be solved TODAY. Temporarily. Everyone who thinks Cynthia and Ariana’s friendship is weird would have an aneurysm at the mere sight of us. They really do sum it up perfectly in For Good, and you’re the only reason I cried three times during that film. Every time someone asks me “Oh Hannah what’s new with you” I always have nothing new. What I realized when scrolling through my photos is: all I do is take selfies with (and without) my friends and eat delicious delicious food. And there was that month that I went to mime school so I had to include that. Is it possible to be jealous of your own life? If it were I think would be the number one culprit. I’m so jealous that I have such great friends who are all so nice and beautiful and adventurous too. They fit into my nice, beautiful, and adventurous life so easily. I’m jelly that we all love @hamburger_america and I’m jealous of my past self for eating those amazing burgers. I won’t take it for granted next time I go. I love you Hamburger America. It’s not that nothing is ever new with me, I mean I’m constantly buying new shoes and clothes and bags and makeup. So maybe next time I’m asked the question, maybe I can answer with my most recent purchase. Although, who would need to fill their life with material goods with friends like these? They are worth one million diamonds to me. And a picture is worth a thousand words, so how many diamonds are in this post exactly? When did everyone stop posting a good old fashioned selfie? It’s like dump dump dump this, 20 photo carousel that. Do you have the attention span to focus on one simple selfie for 10 seconds? Only time will tell. This one is special because it gives you a glimpse into my wardrobe of my bedroom and that’s super vulnerable of me. It’s like this is a side of me that I’ve never shown anyone before and it shows that we are totally growing closer and more intimate with our parasocial relationship 🩷 Circling back to the 20 photo carousel thing… I must be honest with you. I don’t even get past 10 photos when you post TWENTY. You would have to be really important to me for me to look at each photo for a half second each. I guess I’m preaching to the choir here… who else would read this deeply into one of my silly little captions? If you’re reading this, it must mean that you care so very deeply for me, and for that I’m thankful! If you’ve made it this far maybe ask yourself, when’s the last time I reached out to Hannah? Well, it’s about time my right arm got a post all to itself. For too long my page has been unfairly favoring the other one. So now it’s her time to shine 💋💋 This post is dedicated to YOU, RIGHT ARM. Wow, I was just derailed by a phone call from my best friend Brooke so I completely lost my train of thought… Yes, my right arm. You are stronger than my left and more beautiful may I say. All five of your fingers are in perfect working condition and the same could not be said about the left. How I want to thank you for having all the skill in the world to put on my mime makeup and also being my primary miming hand. When I do the classic box mime or really any mime gesture, I know I can rely on you to carry me to success. Although sometimes I wish you were longer to better match the proportions of my body, just know that you are perfect 🩷 Ever since becoming Salutatorian, I have needed to salute to my brother and mother every time I see them. For five long years, my right arm has saluted me to success in every scenario that faces me. Sometimes I salute to myself in the mirror to raise my spirits. Maybe that’s just my right arm communicating to me that it loves me. Thank you so much righty. I love you too. #mimecity by @hkeally

Now let me walk you through. No one else can say they were a star for Halloween can they? At some point it was hard to tell when the star ended and where I began. Can you imagine my distress while taking not one but two forms of public transit? And at that… hardly anyone else was in costume, so I felt very special and attention all on me. Just how I like it. So yay it was very fun, very warm, very attention-getting. However, more distress erupted once I realized this face card was being hidden by my 1” foam layer. This is why I’ve decided to share a selfie as well. I couldn’t take selfies in my star, for my arms couldn’t reach in front of me. It was worth it I don’t even mind. But as you can see my star still is in the background of my selfie… she never was too far from me. The final wave of distress struck when the house party decided to move to a bar….We must Uber to the bar…Star goes in the trunk…and good thing it did…because….Annie had a supernova star explosion of her own… sorry to air out your dirty laundry….but it was super funny. Arriving to the bar surrounded by patrons who are not in costume and just bumping into nearly everyone there. I must have apologized one million times for my tassels and my points alike. Good thing that’s over. But the memory will always live on, on INSTAGRAM #stargirl by @hkeally

Every time I visit LA I always get too many photos but truthfully it’s because the Selfie Monster possesses my entire body and won’t rest until I’m back in New York. Even then, sometimes it takes days or even weeks for the exorcism to take effect and really flush the demon out of my system. You would think it’s a laughing matter, but hiring a priest for a selfie exorcism every time I visit gets so expensive!!!!!! You wouldn’t even believe the greed on those guys! So, as you can see it’s not my fault that these are the only group photos I have of my LA girls… Brooke and Ameris…. Sometimes the spirit of Los Angeles just takes over and you just gotta bite that nail! And sometimes… you eat a pizza so delicious that the balsamic glaze gets all over your forearm and you don’t even realize until many minutes later. Who can blame a girl who just loves pizza? Sometimes you must borrow Ameris’s fake glasses to use as a prop, but it’s not appropriation because I actually do have bad eyesight so it’s fine. What I’m saying is: BE YOU 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 please don’t be me…. Only I’m allowed to do that. I’m the only person in the world who can have my exact shade of brown hair and if you tried to replicate it you would DIE. If you even tried to wear my Ariana Grande Swarovski necklace you would probably burst into flames right then and there… and this isn’t even a joke. I’ve seen it happen with my very own eyes and I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. So before you try copying my balsamic glaze arm tattoo, think again. by @hkeally
