Bruiser may not have the height and weight his daddy had in high school… but he sure does have the HEART, the DRIVE, and the DESIRE. As far as I know, Espy was like, crush crush crush. Hit hit hit. And he was AMAZING at it. Bruiser has a little more Waddell in him. He’s methodical. He watches. He waits. He executes. And the execution is PURE LETCHER. Either he succeeds or he doesn’t. But he goes at again, next play, again & again, 100%. He goes for it. I love it. I love him. That’s all. by @hletcher

Yall! The most amazing daddy in the world is 78 years old today!!! How is that even possible?! He doesn’t look it, doesn’t act it, and quite honestly is possibly in the best health he’s been in for quite some time! To know him is to love him and I sure do love him🥰🙏🏻 I thank God for him everyday and love every memory we share… the good, the bad, the ugly. All of it makes our relationship that much more solid. Never have I ever…. Been more proud of my boy. JK. He’s been pushing boundaries and proving people wrong since he was 5! BUT… tonight was a new high for me. Tonight he left the “get out of your head & do what we say” & embraced the “get in your head Bruiser… listen to coach, but DO YOUR THING”. This group of kids have been playing together since they were legit 5 years old. They are the epitome of TEAMWORK and FAMILY. They know each others thoughts. They know how to pivot and switch up a play on the fly. They KNOW. ALSO, I’m so proud. I’m so proud. Go Bulldogs. Get er’ done! 🥰🧡💙 by @hletcher

From walking the graduation stage to saying yes to forever in the same summer….So beyond proud of you baby girl and excited for this next chapter! I am so thankful for these 2, their love for each other, and above all, their love for the Lord! If you know ML, you know her dream is to be a wife and a mama. Thanks to the good Lord above, she found an amazing Christian man who wants all the same things, loves her unconditionally, loves his family, loves us crazy Letcher’s… & I have no doubt, he will love, honor, cherish, lead, support, love ML, their future children (God willing) and be the spiritual husband & partner that we’ve always prayed about for Maggie Lee. It’s taken me a minute to post my own post… I don’t cry. Like actually. Wasn’t sure my tear ducts work anymore. Low & behold, they do! Scrolling through all the comments on ML’s post last night had me legit in ugly tears. Tears of happiness, gratitude, thankfulness and just pure love. Here I am crying again. Me and Espy both are SO BEYOND happy, thankful, proud, excited… all the things. Maggie Lee has NEVER been a girl who tries to “fit in.” She is so absolutely unique. She is MAGGIE LEE, Maggalee. You love her or you don’t. Gavin swooped right in, a couple years ago and just LOVED her. He knows her good days & her bad. He knows her strengths & her weaknesses. He knows HER (the good, the bad, the ugly) and he LOVES HER. ML & Gavin… we love you both. We are so proud of you both. We cannot wait for this next step in y’all’s life. We will be right here by y’all’s side for any guidance you may want from us. We won’t ever force our “guidance” on you, but the offer is always on the table if you want it. 2026 has been a whirlwind, but in true Letcher fashion…. That’s pretty much how we roll. I love yall SOOOOOO much and absolutely cannot wait for this next phase of your lives. I am SOOO thankful thankful that I get to be a part of it. 🥹💍🙏🏻🙌👰🏼🥰

Just for the record…. If you don’t have a Geraldine “Dean” to call and wish a happy 89th birthday…. And she answers at 9:40 pm, & all you have to do is say “Dean… whooooo,” and she laughs and says “hey Haley!”…. I feel sad for you. IYKYK. My 2nd mama since I still wore diapers, by my side for every single stage of my life… God love her. I am so thankful for Geraldine McElroy and all 89 years of her!!! Love you Dean!! by @hletcher
