It's only a basic tutorial model, but it's a start. As I mentioned in my story, I'm trying to get back into learning blender, so I'm currently working on a model of a cabin in a forest. Feel free to recommend any good blender tutorials! #blender #blenderguru #donut #coffee #model #art by @hlyondesigns

Finally started my #blender journey with some help from a very good tutorial by @andrewpprice. Really enjoying the software so far and hoping to creating some great renders in the future. For anyone interested, the tutorial can be found at Blender Guru on YouTube. #donut #render by @hlyondesigns
Final @redbull inspired espresso machine. Overall I'm happy with the form, however there are some finer details I would've liked to change had I not been working to a deadline. I tried for a long time to make the decals on the buttons emissive, but for whatever reason it just gave them a square outline, so you'll just have to imagine them glowing when in use. #productdesign #design #redbull #espresso #coffee #solidworks by @hlyondesigns
Minor changes and additions. Anything you'd change? Let me know. #design #modeling #render #solidworks #university #student by @hlyondesigns
Making some changes to my @redbull inspired espresso machine. Check out my previous post for the original render! I'm rounding off the inside to mirror the curve of the outside, as well as experimenting with some different ideas for how to open the coffee pod compartment. Will continue to post updates as I make progress. Feel free to leave suggestions and feedback. It's always appreciated. #design #solidworks #modeling #render #redbull #coffee #university #student by @hlyondesigns
@redbull inspired espresso machine design built today from scratch as part of a visual communication project. About to start physical modelling as proof of concept and ergonomics. Will continue to develop this in the future but for now I'm moving forward with the project. ~ ~ ~ #redbull #redbullracing #design #cad #render #solidworks by @hlyondesigns
