Subject: Concern Over Incident Involving Chinese National Miss Zhan Airan #ZhanAiran from @smtown

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to express concern regarding a viral incident involving Miss Zhan Airan, a Chinese national who entered Thailand as the manager of SM Entertainment artist TEN LEE. A single post about the event—held at Siam Paragon with over 1,500 attendees—has drawn over 12 million views on application X, with growing attention from Thai and international fans.

Miss Zhan was seen forcefully grabbing and dragging away a fan who had lawfully won the chance to greet TEN. The action was done without consent or provocation and is widely seen as rude and disrespectful in Thai culture. Many believe it was a display of power, not protection.

The fan had spent thousands of baht for a brief interaction, raising concerns about both customer rights and professional conduct. As TEN is the only Thai artist under a major Korean company, this incident has sparked broader questions about how Chinese representatives behave abroad.

Given China’s emphasis on personal responsibility and public image, many are watching to see if there will be accountability. I urge the Embassy to take this matter seriously and consider appropriate action.

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely, by @hm_hm_618
