This summer, we completed an addition and extensive renovation project in Oakville. 🏗️ The project involved converting a 2-car garage into a 1-car garage while integrating a 300 sqft kitchen addition to the home. We also added a second storey which was about 550 sq ft, including a master bedroom complete with a 4-piece bathroom and a walk-in closet. 🏡

In addition, we fully renovated 4 bathrooms, designed and installed a modern kitchen, and opened up the new stairs on both sides introducing a modern open concept. We laid new hardwood floors throughout the house, repainted the entire space, removed popcorn ceilings, and installed new trims and doors.⚒️ The enhancements have significantly increased the property’s equity, providing the homeowner with a valuable investment in their future. 💡

It's always bittersweet finishing projects. By the end of it, we've been communicating so much, so many "Good Mornings" and "Have a great weekends" that we become fast friends 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼👊🏼💪🏼.

I can definitely say me and @jdonde1 have become good friends during this process! I met his wife and 2 sons along the way. We've had lunches and I've even attended an event that he's been the D.J., which was a blast! Jon is an amazing D.J. for those that didn't know, his handle is @dondemusic 🎧💿🎶.

I guess what I'm trying to say is when you do it right, it's not about the construction, it's about bringing value to the relationship. Jon has definitely brought as much value to me as a client as I have his contractor. When you do it right, it's not work, it's fun and it shows in the final product 📽️🎨🏘️.

It was an absolute pleasure! Can't wait for the next one 🫡👌🏼👷🏽.
