I ended 2025 with 3 falls that could hav been serious not resulting in any head injury just body banging .. never know just blessed we when God orchestrated each intricate layer of skins, bones n tissues to protect our inners! So 4 falls in 6 mos has got me puzzled ..... Jan 2, 2026 .... My 4th fall ....this time not so gentle ... whiplash, back n hips, and then that sharp collision with the concrete ... as my body landed not let an airplane ... soft n gentle til levels out but like a human being that has just dropped dead on the spot ... I felt all of it! Hoping that all this can be resolved by my new glasses .... Otherwise, I'll be still confused along with the Dr's! They keep telling I'm gd n whatever I'm doing keep it up ..... Test results w/n their norms! All this has left me with .. now I hv experienced an assimilation of dropping dead.... So in the meantime n between time, I've started Rebounding exercises .....
