Day 3—Societal Leadership

This day was filled with reflection, inspiration, and the reminder that leadership is bigger than ourselves. Ambassadors spent the day exploring how they can create change in their schools, communities, and the world around them.

There were moments of celebration, moments of vulnerability, and moments that will stay with us long after seminar ends. Somewhere along the way, these ambassadors stopped being strangers and became a family. by @hobyks

We wrapped up Saturday night the most HOBY way possible 💙

Warm fuzzies both literally and figuratively, unforgettable lip sync battles, nonstop laughter, and the kind of heartfelt conversations that remind you why this weekend matters so much.

There’s something incredibly special about watching ambassadors let their walls down, cheer each other on, and realize they belong exactly as they are.

This weekend has been filled with growth, laughter, vulnerability, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. Meet our HOBY Kansas breakfast groups! 🧇🍓🥐

From Waffles and Muffins to Fruits, Parfaits, and Croissants, these groups have spent the weekend growing together through leadership, laughter, vulnerability, encouragement, and way too many inside jokes.

What started as a room full of strangers has quickly turned into teams cheering each other on, supporting one another, and creating memories that will last long after seminar ends.

Day 2: Group Leadership 💛

Yesterday was all about learning what it means to lead alongside others. Ambassadors leaned into hard conversations, challenged themselves during workshops and discussions, and discovered that leadership is not about having all the answers — it’s about showing up, listening, growing, and supporting the people around you.

From HOBY Olympics to meaningful group time and new friendships forming by the hour, the energy throughout the day was unforgettable.

Somewhere between the cheers, the laughter, and the moments of vulnerability, strangers started feeling a whole lot more like family. 💙 by @hobyks
