i remembered how to jump!

MEC CHAMPIONSHIP recap:
-lifetime pr in triple (10.21m/ 33’6ft)
-placed 7th in triple and scored points when i came in not scoring
-college pr in high (1.45m/ 4’9ft)
-ashley gave me 2 hugs

i will never forget my freshman year of college track and all the difficulty it put me through! i am grateful for everything (even the bad stuff) because i came back when i needed to most and so proud of where i finished! watch out next year… i am back! 🐻💛🖤 by @hoffman.ava

if you told me 231 days ago i’d have two surgeries and still compete in two events at indoor conference, i’d say you’re crazy…

this injury has been one of the toughest things i’ve had to get through, and if you were with me through this you know the big toll it took on me. i wanted to give up but monday i was lucky enough to compete at our conference meet. we weren’t even sure if i’d compete indoor let alone be at conference! i may not have done how i wanted but i’m so grateful i got the chance to compete. never give up no matter how hard something gets bc you can overcome anything with hard work and determination!

thank you to everyone who kept pushing me to get back, i love you all!

now onto outdoor!!! 🐻💛🖤 by @hoffman.ava
