Stress Awareness Week is an opportunity to raise awareness about the impact stress can have on our everyday lives and the importance of managing it in healthy ways. Stress is something everyone experiences, but it’s important to recognize when it starts affecting our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

This week encourages us to better understand the causes of stress, recognize its signs, and learn ways to cope with it. It’s also a reminder to check in on the people around us, create open conversations, and remind others that they aren’t alone.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish! Whether it’s taking a break, reaching out to someone, or simply giving yourself a moment to breathe, your well-being matters. 💚 by @hofstraactiveminds
