Did a thing… 🎓 Graduated with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

Three years of hard work, countless lessons, and memories I’ll carry with me. I couldn’t have done it without the people who stood by my side every step of the way.

I passed my Physiotherapy degree… and graduated with a FIRST!.

Three years ago, I wouldn’t have believed I’d be writing this — not because I didn’t want it, but because I had no idea what the journey would involve.

This degree became a lot more than lectures, placements, and exams. It was life happening alongside it, and learning how to keep adapting.

I ruptured my Achilles on day one.
I closed the gym I had built and loved
I developed a DVT, which I was able to recognise early because of my learning and act on quickly.
I had a rotator cuff repair and rebuilt strength through rehab while continuing my studies.
And in my final semester, I was admitted to hospital during an Addisonian crisis and told I had adrenal insufficiency.

Through it all, I kept going with my degree — adapting, adjusting, and finding a way to make it work in whatever form it needed to take at the time.

I wrote half my dissertation from hospital and still kept momentum all the way through to the finish line.

And now it’s done. I’ve graduated with a First in Physiotherapy.

I’m proud of what it took to get here, and even prouder of what it means for what comes next.

…Proud feels like an understatement.

I’m truly exited for what’s next and great full for everyone who has supported me ❤️

Well… It may be the final hour, but it’s still your Birthday! (And I had to whittle approximately 1000 photo’s down to this one reel) After nearly 23 years you’re more like my Sister than a Sister-in-Law (which means you now have the audacity to wear my clothes to my actual place of work without asking, and I can drink the last of your fizz on a Sunday night. I think we probably annoy and love eachother in equal measure- just as all good siblings do. And we’re united in our eye-rolling at your Brother 😇)
