may was a month of taking chances on myself. new chapters, uncomfortable leaps, and trusting that i could figure it out along the way. a lot of work, a lot of growth, and a lot of reminders that betting on yourself is always worth it. we’re moving differently these days, and i’m loving every minute of it. 💙 by @hol_michelle

closing out women’s history month doing what matters most. 💕 i had the honor of supporting production for ‘steeped in power’, an event rooted in passion, built to empower women in our industry and beyond.

i told myself this year i would be intentional, only pouring into spaces that create real impact … and this was exactly that.

grateful to stand alongside and create with the women of @empire who continue to lead, uplift, and shine, and proud to be part of year two with @brianacarlice @iknodomo @itzchech and the rest of our community. 💐

✌🏼 years with ACS. 💘

when i stepped into this career path, i knew it wouldn’t be easy. professional fundraising isn’t for the faint of heart, and growth in event production can feel like you’re planning on repeat, constantly pushing for more. (don’t get me wrong, i literally can’t say no to my passion projects)

but, making strides gave me purpose.

it has connected me to some of the most incredible individuals, people who have shared their stories of survival, strength, and resilience in the face of breast cancer. it has shown me what community really looks like: people showing up for one another in the most meaningful ways.

and it’s reminded me just how critical this work is. these funds aren’t just numbers, they’re changing the way cancer shows up in, and touches, every single one of our lives.

january reminded me that softness & pain can coexist. growth doesn’t mean avoiding the hard, avoiding the uncomfortable, it means moving through it with grace, patience, and compassion for yourself. we are more resilient than we think we are. 💛💫 by @hol_michelle
