after some time online, I took courage to share a part of my story ~ swipe through in this account there’s space for all of our parts: the meditative and the strategic the scattered and the focused the dreamer and the frightened the shy and the over-sharer if any of this resonates, if you are also cultivating your own tree or you are simply curious on how to integrate the inner landscapes and the outer strategy in what you are building 🌳 follow me at @juanachiurchiu.co and tell me in the comments: what kind of tree are you taking care of? — gracias @lakedays.co for the inspiration and the extra shot of courage along this path 💙 by @hola_juanahere
bringing this squirrel energy into the last months: just jumping around from here and there 🐿️ by @hola_juanahere
I’m personally in a restorative night lately (I wrote about that in my last newsletter) Friends, this book, the sauna, cozy meals, some cheesy movies while the days are getting shorter and colder. And with that, grief has been a great part of my life lately through different shapes, emotions, and spaces. The next edition will probably be on that topic. 🌀Link in bio to join by @hola_juanahere
‘what’s left when nothing in life seems to work out?’ * was the name of my last writings 🌀 you can find the link to read the full piece on my bio + subscribe to get the next one in your inbox *a very debatable fact **read the full piece before calling me pessimistic by @hola_juanahere
yesterday hiking with friends and @cozyhikingclub always cozy, thanks Yuliia nature as always the greatest source of magic, connection, wisdom and inspiration Im not sure for if I was very hungry (Taurus here!) but Imo they all looked like some kind of food the first one tough is a spider web holding wain water (whatttt?) and I’m sure that for any designer/illustrator out there, their color palette it’s the inspiration you needed on a Monday enjoy the week <333 this is looks like crème brûlée for me and those cute twins? 👯 gnocchi definitely this is giving me pasta frola vibes (argentinian/italian cake with quince) cute eatable flower lasagna lol by @hola_juanahere
Autumn asks us to soften our grip and let the days get slower, quieter, a little darker. Here’s a small circle of practices for the weeks ahead. No order, no checklist, just things to come back to when you need them. Save it for a grey afternoon 🍂 by @hola_juanahere
🍄 What’s left when nothing in life seems to work out? This year I poured a lot of time, money and hope into things that gave me back much less than I imagined. Personal and work projects, paperwork, a relationship, friendships. I could call all of this a loss but lately, I’m choosing to see it differently. When an apple falls from the tree, it becomes compost that feeds the soil for the next season. Maybe our “failures” are doing something very similar, slowly, quietly, underground. That’s the lens I’m bringing into my monthly newsletter. Next edition is coming out end of this week. this residency invites all dreamers, crafters, magicians and delulu creators from over the world to pour its whole body of work into it, to devote to build one core, high value high impact offer that’s ready to launch and transform the life of the people you work with with the same potential that it has to transform yours as I state close to the end and I did in the free workshop on the Fruitful Method (which, btw you can ask me for it and i’ll share the link), this work is about sovereignty. It’s about reclaiming back power over your one wild and precious life. That’s the potential of an offer designed around you, your work, and the world you dream of. I invite you to sneak around in the website or just text me to find out more about it but ⚠️ don’t wait until last minute: early bloom prices are available until Sep 17 and then registration close the 27th 12 weeks together will be more that enough to set the tone for the next year and the years to come XX Juana by @hola_juanahere
whaaaaaat a ride, huh? last weeks (months) (years) have been a ride and starting to follow the rhythm of my body over the one of my hyper demanding mind has been one of my latest lessons I know, the presence drill and so on wait… I “know” but do I ~feel~ it? fantastically, the body and its antique and super modern intelligence know better and only when I can actually relax, trust, feel, allow is that the flow of life, energy and matter expands through me does it mean all my wishes came true and I am were I always dreamt of? mhhh well, not (by far) and I’m not going to romanticize it: things went really bad but but but I feel like never before so alive full of life and yes, I’m just coming to realise this post should have been a newsletter ups current mood: taking care wish you find some time during the weekend to do the same xx Juana by @hola_juanahere
What happens when the multi-passionate, the underpriced, the serial starter, and the quiet visionary finally find one thing to build on? That’s what Fruitful: Business Residency is for. Comment ‘fruits’ or check the link in bio to find out 🐝 by @hola_juanahere
3 things shaping solopreneurship right now, and what they actually mean for you: 🥝 Everyone says niche down, pick one thing. But that advice was built for straight lines, not for people made of blend. What it means for you: you don’t need to choose, you need your own method, one that holds everything you are. 🍓 It can feel like everything’s already been done, like you’re behind. What it means for you: your gifts, the ones you’re probably underselling right now, are exactly what sets you apart. No one else builds it your way. 🍐The market feels uncertain right now. What it means for you: it’s not the moment for more hustle, it’s the moment to build from steady ground. Something that can actually hold, whatever comes. That’s exactly what we’re building on The Fruitful Method: your own method, your own differentiation, one offer solid enough to hold you through the uncertainty. Join me and another practitioners on Sep 7th for a 2 hour free workshop → Link to join in my bio by @hola_juanahere
