Byron was pouring, so we jumped on a plane and headed down the South Coast from Sydney to spend time with friends and family.

Lots of good food, laughs, deep conversations, laps in the pool, dog cuddles, and just life. 🤍

Have you heard of token theory?

The idea is that every major human experience gives you a token you carry through life. Not achievement tokens. Lived experience tokens.

Grief. Falling in love. Heartbreak. Motherhood. Immigration. Building something. Reinvention. Failure. Deep love. Starting over.

The more you collect, the more dimensional you become. More empathy. More depth. More soul.

I resonate with this because my life has been intense and expansive. It’s probably why I feel spiritually older than my age sometimes. And yet something reversed in me physically last year. I genuinely let go in my heart of all things “should’ve could’ve would’ve “ and trusted the redirection. It lifted weight. Physical and spiritual both.

The strongest part of this theory is the quietest part. Tokens aren’t trophies. They’re integrations. That’s why age means nothing to me. Some of my closest friendships are with people in their early twenties and their sixties. Because when someone has truly lived, you feel it.

Questions to ask urself..

What are your tokens?
Have you integrated them, or are you still carrying them?
Did they crack you open or close you off?
And where has life redirected you that, looking back, became one of your greatest gifts?

Labor of love.

Good For Love is born.

Creating this with my best friend @kristyannewinter has been one of the coolest adventures. A dance of respect, admiration, creativity, tears, discipline, and patience. I loved every second of it, and somehow this is only the beginning.

Creating alongside @welikebali Pris and Eve, @prismelrose & @alohaeve__ has been so so so special. From hot Legian days to business meetings with kids running around in the background.

Feby and Fi, @febjabrik these women are absolute guns. The ability to hear a vision, translate it into a space, manage teams, and bring it all to life is a talent. Total rockstars. @we.are.arke !!!

Monthly flights to Bali. Doubts. Starting modelling again because my bank account was in the red and Byron rent isn’t exactly cheap. 😂 I went all in.

And fuck, it paid off. Happy days.

This journey isn’t for the faint-hearted. But when your soul is on fire, slowing down isn’t an option.
And I’m only getting started. 🥷🚀
