I take pride in working out. The effort, the losses, the pain, the “ what am I doing?” To “ Damm that’s me?” Moments. The discipline vs motivation, early morning or late nights etc. the goal has never been to be what’s trending, the goal is to have A better quality of life, mental peace.

if along the way if it sheds light for all women, & short women like me, to push the limits, get healthier, than I’ll keep showing up hoping it helps someone else too.

Have Faith & Trust. It’s not easy when you don’t see anything happening, but never doubt that God is working behind the scenes. Keep doing your part, wait patiently not complaining.

Keep the words at your core.

I don’t usually post these here, to keep Ig little more polished but this song hit me hard when I found it yesterday. & I’ll say this- mental health matters & you never know who’s dealing struggling who believe life is better with them. So I hope@this song is healing for you.

Also I’m a rusty fake singer- use@to sing in choirs and all but I’m an amateur that needs work lol be nice!
