Some lenders are now quoting rates around 5.99%, which is near the lowest we’ve seen since early 2023. Rates remained mostly above 6% throughout 2023–2025, though the official weekly average is still slightly higher.

In short:
Yes — some daily lender quotes have dipped to ~5.99%, marking a near 3-year low.
The national weekly average remains just above 6%.

Every now and then, you get to work with the kind of people you wish you could work with twice… (and we did...four times!!)

From the very first conversation, they brought humor, heart, and just the right amount of unpredictability to keep things interesting. (Like, the fun kind…not the “your toddler just flushed your keys” kind.) 😂

Helping them navigate their home purchases and sales in Agoura Hills and Moorpark throughout the years, and earning their trust in the process, was one of those truly rewarding experiences that reminds us why we love what we do.
