First and def not the last trip to Finale Ligure / Pietra Ligure. Awesome trails and good times with @jp_aus_do @tbs.glln and of course the flying Irish @bcooneydub from @mtbtrails_finale_ligure. Thanks a lot to @residence.holidays and @tos_link

Good times @bikerepublic.soelden and @saalbach_com with @jp_aus_do and friends. And of course in the best accommodation with the most loving people @bergstadl.hinterglemm. You don’t really get much of a view; it’s a bit rocky here and there, with a few trees and roots here and there—what a surprise, so in the middle of the mountains. As always, we weren’t disappointed; incredibly beautiful scenery. We’ll be back. The more technical it became, the more fun it became. I like the mountains. by @hold.your.ground

30 years in the kitchen. 1995-2025…
What a journey.
Starting as a young 17 year old apprentice with no idea about anything in a Michelin star rated kitchen.
From: „Yes, chef,“ to being a chef myself.
Thanks to all the many people I’ve been able to work with in all the kitchens, from whom I’ve learned so much.
I’ve experienced good times and bad in the kitchen.
All the stress, the long shifts, a lot of hard work.
A lot of laughter and cursing.
But I wouldn’t want to miss a minute.
Special thanks to my first chef and sous chef,
who taught me an incredible amount.
Thanks to my team for everything,
teamwork makes the dream work.
To be continued, and on we go...
