New one up on the SoundCloud today! My remix of Deep by @frenzy.dnb is live now. Hope you all enjoy a little clip of my training session on Saturday. I’m hoping to start fusing more Parkour content into the music project, so expect cooler and cooler edits and cooler and cooler movement as I shake off the rust of not training much the last couple of years. Enjoy the tune! #dubstep #140 #undergroundsound #theboatman #parkour taken in Iowa City, Iowa by @holdenflows

A big announcement, my friends! I’ll be making my Minneapolis debut as @theboatmansound later this month.

It would be a great honor for my friends and family to come support me by attending this show. I’ll be playing from 9-10pm, so you can still get to bed at a reasonable time!

I’ll be rinsing plenty of original tracks on the awesome system they’ve got - and proceeds go to a great cause.

Come out to @unifiedtheorycollective on Feb 24!

First official release is out NOW on @bhump_records! Go give it a listen. Link is in the bio!

Hoping to keep this page primarily about Parkour still, but music has taken the majority of my time in the last year and the feed update on this page needed to happen.

Follow @theboatmansound to stay updated on my musical works.

Every take I captured while attempting to get the first run in my last post.

This is across about five different sessions.

I’m not really sure how I want to caption this one. This edit is one I’m really proud of, because all of the movement in it is a lot of the best I’ve got. I’m very critical of my own movement, but when I get on the bars that tends not to be the case.

The first line in this video is one of my favorites I have ever done. I shuffled the bars around just to do the big move in that run, and I’ve wanted that move for as long as I can remember.

Getting the lache precision out of it was a pipe dream at first, and after five sessions of work I made it a reality. I knew I could piece it together but it would just take time. The amount of energy that went into making it happen made it more rewarding than any one bang.

I wish I could have trained outside more this year, but @fightorflightacademy has remained a great home and place for me to enrich my skills and self.

Hope you enjoy.

Just flowin’. Wish I could have trained outside more this year, as it’s getting cold out there. But I’ve hustled hard at @fightorflightacademy all while improving my disc golf game massively. So, enjoy some gym lines. I’ve been trying to incorporate more flips and wall tricks into my lines, and I’m really happy with all of these. #parkour #freerunning taken in Fight or Flight Academy by @holdenflows
