Congratulations to Jacqueline Hennessy, winner of the 2026 Holding Redlich People’s Choice Award at the Salon des Refusés for her portrait “Eliza”.

Chosen through visitor voting during the exhibition, Jacqueline’s work resonated strongly with audiences and reflects the enduring power of art to inspire connection, conversation and new perspectives.

Salon des Refusés is a celebrated exhibition showcasing a diverse collection of portrait and landscape works from artists across Australia.

Holding Redlich has proudly supported the People’s Choice Award and the Salon des Refusés for 28 years through our partnership with the National Trust’s S.H. Ervin Gallery.

Our Melbourne team joined the 2026 PIF Steps for Homeless Youth event at Albert Park Lake last Friday.

A foggy start turned into a beautiful sunny morning as everyone walked and ran in support of young Australians experiencing homelessness.

We were proud to take part again this year and contribute to such an important cause. Thank you to the @propertyindustryfoundation for the meaningful work you do.

We recently celebrated International Women’s Day with a panel discussion hosted by our Inclusion and Diversity Committee featuring four accomplished barristers: Kateena O'Gorman, Emily Golshtein, Fiona Forsyth KC and Bianca Sacco.

This year’s theme, ‘Balance the Scales’, guided a thoughtful discussion on equitable briefing policies, experiences of women at the bar including career growth and pay, the role of men in supporting change, and advice for women in the profession.
