Cosmetic acupuncture at Needleworks. What does it involve?

✨️ A gua sha massage to move stagnant lymph creating a more sculpted face.

Exciting news. After almost five years of bringing captivating stories to life, we’ve leapt into a new chapter by opening our very own bookshop. Why a bookshop, you may ask? As lovers of literature and supporters of the written word, we believe that a physical space dedicated to books fosters a unique connection between readers and the stories they cherish.

Located in Peckham’s “corridor of wonders” aka Holdrons Arcade, which is home to many fellow independent creative businesses. The shop is a haven for music lovers, offering a carefully curated selection of books, magazines and merchandise. It will also host various events, including our book launches and signings, photography and art exhibitions. The space is also available to hire for launches and/or exhibitions. Last weekend, @invertedaudiostore hosted our first in-store, inviting Swiss producer @ben__kaczor to play a strictly vinyl two-hour set. Thanks to everyone that made it down and big thanks to @brixtonbrewery for keeping us fuelled up. INTRODUCING: @satellite___store a one-stop shop for magazines, clothing, ceramics and that one miscellaneous item you never knew you needed. Purpose built to scratch the itch of creatively-conscience scoundrels searching for alternative retail-therapy south of the river.

Launched by @galenbullivant a founding member of @bikini_state Satellite store is a stepping stone for the blossoming creative community in Peckham that is emerging post-covid. A platform for artists and makers at any stage in their career to display, buy and sell work.

@arelenemarlene’s exhibition ‘Trying’ uses text & decoration through traditional sign writing and illustration, to explore the material nature of thinking and “working out”, alongside the much maligned value of making something nice to look at.
