We’re turning our usual run into something a little different. We’re bringing together HOLIFIT, @goodpeoplerun_ , @whitesoulsa (Running DJ) and @mzamo_mgikx_mgilane for another music-fuelled experience where the miles meet the rhythm, the energy is contagious, and the community brings it all to life.

We're building more than a running community. We're creating an ecosystem where fitness meets culture, strangers become familiar faces, and everyone has a place to belong. Come for the run, stay for the experience. You might leave with more than you came for & sometimes, the best way to push yourself is to enjoy every step of the journey with people who bring out the best in you.

NB: Tomorrow only, we start at 7:00 AM. 5KM ONLY! Be early, bring your people, and come ready to move! We meet at @humblecoffeeza (Hatch)

Building an ecosystem where people can move, connect, discover new experiences, build meaningful relationships and find a sense of belonging beyond the run is what we are about!

We’re here to grow together, have fun together, and keep creating spaces where everyone has a place.

From the first stride to the final beat, here’s what FOTU x @holifit_sa looked like from the inside.

You had to be there. And trust us, you’ll want to be at the next one. 👀🖤

This week, we’re switching things up

We’re activating F.O.T.U @friendsoftheunknown , Durban’s modern house music experience, and bringing the energy from the streets straight into the post-run atmosphere at @humblecoffeeza

We’re starting earlier than usual, so take note: 6:00AM for a 6:30AM start. Be early. Trust us, you’ll want to experience this one from the beginning.

After the run, we keep the energy moving with a special DJ set by @thamitheunknown , Good miles, good people, good music, the perfect combination for a Saturday morning.

And as the year-end fatigue starts creeping in, this is exactly when community matters most. When motivation gets harder to find, we show up for each other. We move together, check in on each other, share the energy and help one another stay afloat as we continue pursuing better versions of ourselves.

So don’t disappear on us now. Pull through. Bring your people. Bring the energy.

6:00AM arrival. 6:30AM run. DJ set after.

This Saturday we commute for a special HOLIFIT x HUMBLE Coffee x @runnerawards_kzn Nominee Run, and this one is a celebration of what we’ve been building together.

HOLIFIT has been nominated in the Community of the Year category, and we want our entire community present in numbers! This is more than a campaign run, it’s a chance to celebrate every early morning, every kilometre, every new face, every friendship, every challenge overcome and every person who has helped shape this community.

There’ll be prizes up for grabs, good energy, good people and plenty of reasons to pull through. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring someone who’s never run with us before, let’s fill @humblecoffeeza (Hatch) and make this one to remember.

This nomination belongs to the community. So this Saturday, let’s show them what HOLIFIT is made of!

This Saturday we partner up with @hervoice_hercylefoundation & @committedtopositivechange for a meaningful run supporting their Menstrual Hygiene Campaign.

We believe fitness is about more than movement. It’s about community, dignity, access, awareness and creating spaces where everyone can show up, feel supported and thrive.

We’ll run, connect, share good energy and continue the conversation around menstrual health and dignity. And after the run, we’ll be showing some extra love to the women in our community with FREE goodie bags, because sometimes it’s the small gestures that remind people they are seen, valued and supported.

Bring your friends, bring your energy, and come experience another Saturday with the HOLIFIT family.
