Warming the Yangming for shoulder flow 🌿✨
Moxa on the Yangming channel and anterior deltoid points helps open the pathway connecting your neck, shoulders, and face—releasing tension and boosting Qi. You can also use gentle acupressure here to ease pain and improve mobility.

Try this:
1. Locate the point on the anterior deltoid where the muscle meets the upper arm (just in front of the shoulder joint).
2. Gently press or massage the area in slow, circular motions for 30–60 seconds.
3. For moxa: hold the moxa stick 1–2 inches away, warming the point until the area feels comfortably heated.
4. Breathe deeply and visualize the Yangming channel opening and flowing.

Not to brag or anything but today was really fun and good for my soul 🌞✨ thank you to my new friend @rainydaywomenjewelry with the coolest property ever I hope your new adventures are beautiful and fun just like you.
