Less talking about the life I want to live and more intentional about building it from a beautiful place within.

We’re heading out for a private affair later this week, and the weather is looking just right.

Some of my favorite days in Florida happen this time of year.

Paddleboarding should really be a love language.

Outside of work and all the things life requires of us, what do you actually enjoy doing with your free time?

For me, it’s paddleboarding. Any day, any chance I get.

What about y’all?

People really think Pilates and yoga are just stretching until it’s time to hold that position. @classpass @hi

The shaking. The breathing. The muscles you didn’t even know existed.

And somehow, we keep coming back for more.

Don’t let the slow movements fool you. Strength, stability, mobility, and control are a different kind of workout. @classpass @hili.fitness

Be honest: Pilates, yoga, running, or weightlifting—which one humbles you the most?
