More than paddle boarding. It’s a lifestyle. 🌊

Flow Sessions was created to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience Florida’s crystal-clear springs in a different way.

Whether you’re looking for movement, mindfulness, adventure, or genuine community, there’s a place for you here.

✨ Paddle.

From beginner-friendly paddle experiences to yoga, sound healing, wellness retreats, and unforgettable spring adventures, every experience is designed to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

The water has a way of reminding us to breathe, be present, and simply flow.

Where will your next adventure take you?

Follow @joinflowsessions and join us on the water.

I launched Flow Sessions in April with three people(including myself) and a concept…

Yesterday, we gathered on the water to celebrate Juneteenth through movement, conversation, laughter, and connection.

What began as an idea is becoming a community, and for that I’m grateful.

Because freedom isn’t only about where we’ve been. It’s also about what we’re creating together.

Thank you to everyone who has shown up, supported the vision, and shared space with us as I learn and grow.

What does freedom look like in your life right now?

Less talking about the life I want to live and more intentional about building it from a beautiful place within.

I know I’m not the only one who loves getting outside, trying new things, traveling, and making memories.

I created Flow Sessions to bring people together through outdoor wellness, curated adventures, and travel experiences.

Whether you’re coming solo or bringing a friend, there’s room to connect, explore, and experience something different.

Orlando, where are my adventure people? 👀

We’re heading out for a private affair later this week, and the weather is looking just right.

Some of my favorite days in Florida happen this time of year.

Paddleboarding should really be a love language.

Outside of work and all the things life requires of us, what do you actually enjoy doing with your free time?

For me, it’s paddleboarding. Any day, any chance I get.

What about y’all?
