⏳TIMELESS COLLECTION

From @sartoria_lamberti … many years ago

We return to the past not out of heartfelt longing, but from technological necessity — like a craftsman stepping back into the shadow of a blueprint where something doesn’t align.

Space is stuck in a loop, time has slipped on a crooked seam. Everything that seemed finished, upon closer inspection, is a draft. We return to restitch: where the stitch went astray, where the fabric fell wrong. Because even an idea, if it fits poorly, chafes with movement.

This collection is a glitch in chronology. Works by Holistic Bar Agency, created before the agency existed. As if a nonexistent atelier took measurements of the past and delivered the present — using someone else’s patterns, but with impeccable fit.

🏆 NOYAA has entered the Global Top 5 shortlist at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in the Visual Identity category.

The entire bar concept and cocktail menu were developed by Holistic Bar Agency. We structured the program around the Great Silk Road, dividing the menu into three consecutive chapters:

🗺️ Part One [Asia] — the beginning of the journey. The first seven cocktails are built around ingredients that once traveled from Asia to the rest of the world: ginseng, ginger, cinnamon, and iconic spices.

🐫 Part Two [Middle Lands] — the crossroads between Asia and the Mediterranean: Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Here, the flavor profiles echo bustling bazaars and caravans — richer, warmer, and more complex in spice.

🏛️ Part Three [Mediterranean] — the final stop on the route, where East meets West. Bright, effortless, and clean flavors: peaches, grapes, cheeses, lavender, and wine.

Proud to see this monumental work receive global recognition.

✨ ВЕЧЕР В ПОЛЕ

На днях мы организовали интерактивный бар для девелоперской компании «ПОЛЕ», полностью отказавшись от привычного меню.

В основу концепции легла игра с карточками ценностей бренда: каждый выбор гостя напрямую определял характер будущего коктейля.

Сначала определялась алкогольная или безалкогольная база, затем — вкусовой профиль (от ягодного и цитрусового до цветочного), а финальным акцентом становился съедобный парфюм от наших партнеров @slowmo_cordials

Пока гость делал свой выбор, бармен тут же смешивал индивидуальный рецепт, поэтому за весь вечер ни один напиток не повторился.

Получился по-настоящему персонализированный интерактив, объединивший смыслы компании и барную эстетику.
