Yeahh I forgot I had a bag of oranges left over from juices past… so I’m like lemme just throw all this together badda bing badda boom an immune system fortifying situation 💛🧡 and it was amazing!!

(I juiced 7 oranges + a pineapple and a couple tangerines… you gon need more oranges and probably another pineapple FASHO if you wanna make more than like 30 oz of juice) I added ginger and tumeric for taste and color plus … I mean that’s the boost right there (toss a pinch of black pepper in ya glass for curcumin bioavailability)

I’ve said it once, I’ll say as long as I need to: Ashwagandha is not for everybody! There are so many herbs and other healing modalities that help to address anxiety and depression!

We know that diet is one, stress management is another. We know that having a healthy support system is important, and so are self love practices.

As we continue to cultivate self reflection and actualization in our communities, we will see people coming into themSELVES more. A part of that will be understanding what IS and IS NOT for us 💚

I love this because there is still a lack of BLACK female budtenders getting the representation they deserve! Despite 37% of women in America using c*nnabis for therapeutic purposes in the midst of nationwide legalization… we still have stigma surrounding the use of c*nnabis. I hope we can encourage more women to speak out about the pharmacological benefits of cannabinoids including: anti-inflammation, analgesia, muscle relaxation, appetite stimulation, anti-nausea and sooo much more! The culture has shifted this PLANT into something else totally and it’s being MISUSED. Let’s remember that for this upcoming 4/20…
