Fight camp recovery session with my guy @jio.___c before he steps back into the cage next weekend!
🥊💥

Today we:
• Focused lower back treatment with extra attention on the right side
• Cupping therapy
• Scraping
• Assisted stretching

The goal was to decrease tension, improve mobility, and keep the body moving efficiently heading into fight week. Recovery is training too!💪🏽

thank you to @utmostmassage_ for allowing me to use the room🙏🏽

Preparation isn’t just about how hard you train, it’s how well you recover at the end.
The session was all about balance and readiness, including massage, cupping, scraping, and stretch work to get @jio.___c fight ready for tonight’s bout with @hendosfightnight !
Recovery is part of the grind, body, mind & spirit aligned💪🏽
Good luck to you brotha, bring home the dub!!

Utmost Reloaded ✴️

📸: @vndrew.vpodvcv

In the summer of 2026 the Utmost team expanded to 3 musketeers (Ismael x Ruby x Nick). Our mission is to provide quality bodywork to all of our clients. We all have a mixed amount of experience that creates a naturally intuitive team.

If you're wanting to experience a massage where you lay down and the therapist finds and releases tension. We are the match for you. We treat the body as a whole and think of the right way to open up the energetic rivers. Leading your body to flow naturally and feel great.

Bottom line, we care about your wellness and recovery. Not here to just rub an elbow.

Experience the Utmost way ❇️

This October, every session means a little more. 🎀

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll be donating 10% of all session sales throughout October to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) to help support lifesaving breast cancer research.

Take care of your body while helping support a cause that impacts so many individuals and families. Every session, every booking, and every bit of support helps. 🙏🏽

Book your October session & be part of something bigger. ✨

Had the chance to help my classmate / fellow massage therapist get back on the right track after a trap injury. 🙏🏽✨

Today’s session focused on restoring movement, not just chasing the pain. We combined targeted mobility work with cupping therapy to help improve tissue mobility, reduce tension, and encourage better shoulder function.

Recovery isn’t just about feeling better today,
it’s about moving better tomorrow!💪🏽
