Not everyone is meant for high impact exercises and that's ok! Low-impact exercises definitely work best for me. I will be sticking to the 1 mile walk next time. Would you try the 2 mile run or the 1 mile walk? Vote below ⬇️

My friend CeCe is a retired physical therapist and explains a fun way to burn calories and improve your fitness. A trampoline workout (rebounding) is low-impact, easy on your joints and can help support weight loss when combined with a healthy diet. Save this an give it a try.

Man I can't believe mommy never heard that part of the song. Smh. Music and laughter are a part of healing too. ❤️❤️

Focus on the positive and watch the negative lose its power over you.
Holistic wellness is about caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Have you ever caught yourself feeding negative thoughts without realizing it?

I found this written on a bathroom stall at Burlington Coat Factory and had to take a picture because it gave me hope.

“The pain you’ve been feeling can’t compare to the joy that’s coming.” Inspired by Romans 8:18.

Maybe someone else needs to read this today. Keep going, better days are on the way.

I asked my brother @orlan_lando3 the benefits of his juice and he said ask @chatgpt so I did 😆. Watermelon and ginger juice=hydration, digestion support and an anti-inflammatory boost. Follow for more health and wellness.

Healing starts within. At some point you have to make a conscious decision that you want better for yourself, and commit to that change.

I had to learn this the hard way. When I started protecting my peace and raising my vibration, everything around me shifted. The right people stayed. The wrong ones fell off. That's not loss, it's alignment.

A stranger walked up to me in my yard last week and spoke life into me. He reminded me that we should be careful how we entertain strangers — because we may be entertaining angels without knowing it.
He spoke of light over darkness, and said “Love you, girl” as if he’d known me forever. He even shared that he was Marcus Garvey’s grandson Rupert Garvey— a Jamaican man 🇯🇲 with a spirit full of wisdom and purpose.
God sent this messenger right to my front yard at the perfect moment. I needed it🙏🏽
This is what holistic healing looks like. It’s not always in a therapy room or a supplement, sometimes it shows up on your sidewalk in the form of a stranger who reminds you of who you are.
You are not what you went through. You are the light on the other side. Keep shining.
