This week we are putting our honorees in the Pixel Spotlight! Next up, Ira Rubenstein, our Visionary Pixel honoree. With more than two decades at the forefront of digital entertainment, Ira has helped shape how studios embraced digital innovation, transforming the ways audiences discover, experience, and engage with entertainment.

For Ira, this recognition is not only a celebration of the past, but a commitment to preserving the history that will inspire the future:

"It is incredibly meaningful to be recognized by Hollywood In Pixels, an organization whose mission I deeply believe in and have been proud to support. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping shape how audiences discover and engage with entertainment as digital media has transformed our industry. Preserving that history matters because today's innovations become tomorrow's inspiration. I'm honored to receive the Visionary Pixel Award alongside so many pioneers, creators, and colleagues whose work has defined the evolution of digital entertainment." by @hollywoodinpixels

This week we are putting our honorees in the Pixel Spotlight! Next up, Lydia Jambazian, our Rising Pixel honoree. Lydia truly embody the power of social storytelling! Her passion lies in connecting directly with audiences, sparking cultural moments, and giving fans unprecedented access to the stories they love.

When we asked Lydia what this recognition means to her, her excitement was unmistakable:

"I can't imagine a greater honor than being named a Rising Pixel by Hollywood In Pixels. To be honored amongst my peers by this visionary organization in entertainment is a true dream come true. I'm beyond thankful to Hollywood In Pixels, Bettina Sherick, and Jessica Thurber Hemingway Thurber for this tremendous honor!" by @hollywoodinpixels

This week we are putting our honorees in the Pixel Spotlight! First up, Briana McElroy, EVP and Head of Worldwide Digital Marketing at Lionsgate. Throughout her career, Briana has consistently demonstrated how bold creative thinking and audience-first storytelling can elevate both iconic franchises and original films.

As accomplished as Briana's career has been, it's her appreciation for the people behind the work that makes her such a deserving Silver Pixel honoree.

In her words: "What a blessing it is to wake up every day and do what you love, with people that you love. To be pushed, to be inspired, to be edified. I'm surrounded by colleagues across this city who are exceptional at what they do, with every campaign pushing the next to be sharper, bolder, and more innovative. In that way, we all work together, each doing our small part to keep this incredible industry alive. That's exactly what HIP has done for digital marketing, and it's why I'm so grateful. To be recognized by this organization — one made up of the best and brightest in our industry — is truly the greatest honor. Thank you to the entire HIP community." by @hollywoodinpixels
