This is not just a project I am working on, this is my baby. 5 years ago @ianmichaelhebert brought me on board with @holos.global for the launch of what is now one of the most life changing retreat centers in the world. I am proud to be apart of this team in so many ways, all of the imagery and media has been captured by me… here is a teaser video I captured/ directed and edited. 👁️ #holosglobal #costarica #costaricaplantmedicine by @holos.global

“It takes a village to raise a child.”

There’s something beautiful about growing up surrounded by people who care, nature that invites you to explore, and a community that becomes part of your family. taken in Diamante Valley by @holos.global

Wildlife moving through the land, the sounds of nature waking up, sun filtering through the trees.

A nervous system that feels safe enough to slow down.

Living surrounded by nature, moving with its rhythms, living in harmony with the land, that’s how living in Holos feels like✨ by @holos.global

Some connections don’t need constant explanation to be meaningful.

They exist in the way certain people shift our perspective, leave something behind, and become part of the story we carry forward.

Maybe that’s what makes a relationship profound, not how long it lasts, but how deeply it changes us. by @holos.global

From the rainforest and waterfalls of the Diamante Valley to the Pacific coast, Holos is a place to land, reconnect, and explore.

Spend a few nights immersed in the jungle, swim beneath the waterfalls, follow the trails, then make your way to the ocean, to surf, dive, watch whales, or simply take in the beauty of Costa Rica.

Come stay. Come explore, Costa Rica is waiting! by @holos.global

A new chapter of Holos is taking shape in British Columbia.

We’re in a season of exploration, listening to the land, meeting the people, and discovering what this next evolution of Holos could become.

From the coast to the Kootenays, we’re exploring places where community, wilderness, creativity, and a deeper sense of belonging can come together.

If you feel connected to this vision and would like to contribute, collaborate, or be part of what’s emerging, we’d love to hear from you. by @holos.global

To be fully alive is to remain open to being changed.

Not everything needs to be understood before it can be lived. Sometimes, the unfamiliar is simply life asking us to loosen our grip on what we thought we knew. by @holos.global

The sacred waters of the Diamante Valley continue to tell the story of these lands, passed down through generations.

There’s a transformative force in this place, something you understand by being here, moving through the jungle, swimming in its waters, and spending time on the land.

You can experience Diamante Valley in your own way, host a retreat, stay nightly or monthly, become a resident, or volunteer alongside our community.

Come spend some time with us and experience the valley for yourself. by @holos.global

Some futures begin as quiet shifts we barely know how to name.

Long before they become visible, they begin taking shape within us. ✨ by @holos.global
