Second weekend in a row at a cutting… who am I?

These photos are straight out of the camera. No editing, no filters, just honest moments from a day that felt like one blessing after another.

I made wonderful new friends, was met with so much kindness and spent the day enjoying our horses together. Nothing rushed. Nothing complicated. Just good people, beautiful animals and the kind of moments you wish you could hold onto a little longer.

There is something incredibly special about the western way of life. It reminds you that the richest moments are rarely about what you won or how you performed. They’re found in the people who welcome you in, the laughter shared between runs and the quiet gratitude of getting to live a life surrounded by horses.

Went showing and, y’all, I am neither show fit nor show mentally fit. 😂

Day one, I was there from the first class to the very last. Horse showing is not for the faint of heart, the weak of mind or apparently anyone who enjoys sitting down.

My hat went flying mid-run, Russ Elrod rescued it, I snuggled the cutest baby and laughed my way through the exhaustion.

A huge thank you to Marcus, Trevor and Russ for all the help, and to Malika for loping Jess. I have always insisted on getting my own horse ready, but now that I’m in my 40s with a desk job, I’ve decided someone younger and fitter can handle that part. This is called maturity. 😂

My horse is an absolute beast, and I love her. I haven’t worked cows in a while, but my husband had her prepared so beautifully that I could jump on, work the flag and go show. She is a true testament to his training program and his ability to keep a horse happy, confident and cowy.

I visited with so many friends, showed off my fancy new teeth and was completely overwhelmed by all the love and support.

Somehow, I survived two days of showing and came home with two checks. Turns out being show fit is optional when your horse is this good. 😂

Am I exhausted? Absolutely.
Did I have the best time? Absolutely.
Will I be doing cardio before the next one? Let’s not get carried away.

My Wednesday started with a change of plans, which always seems to throw a spanner in the works for my brain. But instead of letting it change my vibe, I threw on my Kyrie shirt and decided to be UNSTOPPABLE. 👊 Be like Kyrie!

My brain usually has 47 tabs open, three ideas loading and absolutely no idea where the music is coming from. 😂 Sometimes I need a simple reminder to pause, reset and focus on what matters.

This shirt was a birthday present from Brooks, which makes it mean even more. He used to leave a Kyrie trading card on my office desk when he knew I was hitting a wall. Now I can wear this on the days I need a reminder to keep going, believe in myself and be a badass.

Who inspires you? What little reminder helps you reset when your brain is doing the absolute most?

I don’t think I realized just how much my smile affected me until I started this journey. 🤍

For years, I knew which angles I liked, how to smile for a photo and when to keep my lips a little more closed. Things other people probably never noticed, but I did.

So this was never just about getting new teeth.

It was about wanting to smile without thinking about it. To laugh without worrying about the photo being taken. To finally have a smile that felt like me.

And looking back at this entire experience, the biggest thing I feel is blessed. God placed the kindest, most caring people in my path every step of the way. This whole journey has been surrounded by so much kindness, love and genuine care that it’s hard to put into words.

To Chrissy and the incredible team at RUMA, thank you for the facial balancing, for making me feel so comfortable and for putting so much love into helping everything come together beautifully. 🤍

To Dr. Joseph and his amazing team, thank you doesn’t feel like enough. You worked around the clock, making adjustments, perfecting the smallest details and never settling until it was right. The amount of time, care and heart you poured into my smile is something I will never forget.

And Devin, thank you for being there, filming this journey and helping me through it all. Having someone capture not only the transformation, but the emotions and moments behind it, means more than you know.

There were adjustments, emotions, patience and a whole lot of trust along the way. But there was also so much laughter, kindness and love.

Some people might see teeth or a cosmetic transformation. I see something so much bigger.

I see answered prayers. I see people God placed in my life at exactly the right time. I see kindness. I see confidence. And I see a smile I’m finally not afraid to show.

Feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for every single person who was part of this journey. 🤍

Here’s to smiling BIG and never thinking twice about it again. 🦷✨

Tomorrow, everything changes. 🦷✨

It feels like Christmas Eve over here. I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited.

I was blessed with one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received, and tomorrow the journey finally begins. My heart is so full of gratitude, and I honestly can’t wait to share every step with you all. Plus I can’t wait to meet Dr Field, Tier & The Ruma Team.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been embarrassed by my smile.

Because of a medical condition, braces were never an option, and over the years, it quietly stole so much of my confidence. Most people had no idea how much I avoided smiling, photos, or even long conversations because I felt so self-conscious.

A few weeks ago, I prayed and asked God to make a way.

That same day, I entered a smile giveaway.

The very next day, I got the phone call that changed everything.

I still can’t believe I was chosen.

To @dr_joseph_field and your incredible team, thank you for this unbelievable gift. Your kindness and care have already meant more than you know.

I’ll also be visiting the amazing team at @ruma.medical for facial balancing, and I genuinely feel like I’m about to become the version of myself I’ve always dreamed of. Not because I’m trying to be someone different, but because I’m finally going to have the confidence I’ve been praying for.

I’m so grateful, so excited, and I can’t wait to take you all along on this journey. Utah, I’ll see you soon. 🤍

Then it finally walks in. 🙌

33 seconds of pure happiness… and somehow I managed to win a little of my gambling money back. I’ll call that a successful day. 🤠💰

A huge thank you to Ryan Rapp, Rooter, Cody Hedlund and Benny for all the help. It definitely takes a good crew, and I appreciate every one of you.

I’m usually the one behind the camera… not in front of it 😂

When Darren had a few ideas he wanted to try, my first instinct was definitely 𝗡𝗢 𝗪𝗔𝗬...But something in me said say 𝗬𝗲𝘀...

Yes to helping a friend do what he loves,
Yes to stepping outside my comfort zone,
Yes to leaning back into that child like, carefree energy we don’t tap into enough.

And honestly, I couldn’t love these photos more…
