feeling so #blessed and honored to be a part of the @nikenyc After Dark Collective!!

As you probably all know, running has been a huge part of navigating adulthood and life in the city. It’s taught me how meaningful it is to show up for yourself and also how beautiful it is when the runnning community shows up for you too

I can’t wait to train under the guidance of Coach @kimberly.yee_ with these lovely ladies. I LOVE women’s sports and all female spaces, and am so excited to RIDE with y’all in LA 💖💖

Thank you @cheyennekwood and @cschrunk for having me and for curating the most amazing night to kick off this journey 🙏🏼❤️

a silly goofy time putzing around the city today!! Thanks @a.gong_ and @hayoungmyyoung for indulging in a silly adventure today ❤️❤️

I haven’t run more than 7 miles or taken a gel since the marathon, but somehow ended up with a 10-min PR and saw so many friendly faces along the way 🤙🏼🫶🏼 a perfect unserious weekend

went out there did the damn thing!!!
16 weeks ago, breaking 4:00 was my moonshot — something I thought that I could never achieve. Throughout the course of this training block, the support and coaching I got from my lovely @nikenyc Moonshot family, @nbd_rc friends, and NYC family showed that I AM capable of reaching the moon 🌕🚀🫰🏼.

I trusted myself, but still had to fight for my goal. Miles 1-18 were elite, miles 19-23 I was struggling with whole body cramps, nausea, and dead headphones (🫩), and 24-26.2 I just had to remind myself about how many damn times I’ve done mile repeats in Central Park.

New York — I love you 🫶🏼 but I never want to race you again🤠

running @nycmarathon is gonna be a DREAMMM 🚀💫.
grateful for all the friends and @nike.nyc that make the first half of this training block bearable — summer training is not for the weak 😅💦
but please… pray for me for these upcoming 20+ mile long runs 🫩🥲
