You need to visit a 24 Hour Spa in China 👀

Unlimited king crab, lobster, sea cucumber, foie gras, steak, sashimi and many premium dishes. All-you-can-eat seasonal fruit, drinks, alcohol, Häagen-Dazs and desserts too.

Plus… a Himalayan salt brick room, sauna, hot pools, gaming rooms with ROG PCs, automatic mahjong tables, karaoke, movie room, sleep pods. The beauty area is also stocked with Chanel, Dior, Kérastase, Dyson tools and more 🤯

The interiors alone are impressive, but what surprised us was how much we enjoyed the food too. Definitely not just a pretty space ✨

World’s first and only Zootopia-themed land?! 🐰🦊

Shanghai Disneyland is home to a whole Zootopia to explore beyond the Hot Pursuit ride, which is seriously immersive. You basically get thrown into a police chase and it was SO much fun 🙌🏻

We also loved exploring the streets in Zootopia, especially after dark. The level of detail is incredible, from the buildings and little photo spots to the shops and themed food. The Pawpsicle 🍦 is a must-have!

Quick tip: the queue to enter Zootopia and the Hot Pursuit ride are separate, and both can get loooong. Go earlier and check the wait times on the Disneyland app before joining the ride queue.

Definitely one we’d do again ✨

Ganko Sushi has just launched a 15-course Omakase for two at $198 (U.P. $288), with a thoughtfully curated progression of appetisers, fresh sashimi, seasonal dishes, handcrafted nigiri, homemade Kinoko Tofu, fresh fish noodles and dessert.

Established in Osaka in 1963 🇯🇵, Ganko Sushi has since grown to over 100 outlets across Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. With premium ingredients air-flown from Japan three times a week, its focus on quality has remained at the heart of what they do.

Located along Penang Road, just minutes from Dhoby Ghaut MRT, Ganko Sushi has a bright and airy space with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary Japanese interiors.

Now this sounds like a date night I can get behind 👀

Curiouser and curiouser… a little Wonderland has found its way into Singapore’s Garden City 🐇🌿

The Alice in the Garden City Afternoon Tea at Canning Bar & Lounge, METT Singapore feels like stepping down the rabbit hole into an elegant and whimsical tea party 🫖

Set within the lush heritage surrounds of Fort Canning, the space blends Mediterranean touches with Singapore’s colonial history, with deep green furnishings, rich wood, marble and plenty of greenery.

I loved how the Wonderland details are woven throughout, from the beautiful illustrated menu and pocket watch rabbit to the playful creations. The Midnight, Pocket Watch Macaron and Bandung Chocolate Hearts were so cute, alongside local-inspired bites like The Mad Hatter’s Otah Sandwich, Chilli Crab Toast and the Queen’s Warm Vanilla Scone with kaya preserve.

And then there’s the mysterious little “Drink Me” potion 🔮

Just when you think the tea party is over, each set comes with a limited edition Alice in Wonderland poker card deck to take home ♠️♥️

A little bit of whimsy and nostalgia, what a beautiful way to spend an afternoon ✨

One MICHELIN Starred Whitegrass ✨

Located in the historic CHIJMES, Whitegrass is helmed by Chef Takuya Yamashita, with a menu that brings together French and Japanese influences while focusing on fresh seasonal produce.

I liked how the dishes felt refined but still allowed the ingredients to shine, with the menu taking inspiration from nature and the journey of each ingredient.

Here’s a little look at what we had from the tasting menu 🤍

Starting with a trio of amuse bouche, including a delicate bite of abalone served on a spoon, lily bulb cake on brioche toast topped generously with shaved black truffle, and a bite sized crispy fried croquette.

Hamachi served with a smooth horseradish cream that added just the right amount of savoury sharpness to the delicate, buttery fish

Simple, fresh and really well balanced

Pumpkin & Cardamom Soup

Silky and comforting with a subtle hint of cardamom.

Sesame Bread

Warm and crusty on the outside with a light, airy crumb inside. So good with the pumpkin soup

Braised Wagyu with Hatcho Miso & Daikon

The Wagyu was beautifully tender, with the Hatcho miso adding a deep savoury richness, while the daikon kept the dish feeling lighter and balanced.

Before dessert, a refreshing lychee sorbet to cleanse the palate.

Light, fruity and just what we needed after the richer savoury courses.

Fuji Apple with Banana & Pecan Nuts 🍎

A beautifully caramelised Fuji apple paired with smooth banana ice cream and toasted pecan nuts for a lovely mix of warm, fruity sweetness, creaminess and crunch.

Finished with a light dusting of spice and delicate edible flowers, this was such a pretty dessert.

To end the meal, we were presented with mignardises featuring Brown Butter & Almond Financiers and Japanese Mochi Daifuku filled with coconut and raspberry.

The Tea Room at The St. Regis Singapore serves up its Afternoon Tea Ritual with a luxe spread of savouries and sweets, created in collaboration with award-winning Pastry Chef Mandy Siu of Finesse Patisserie, Hong Kong 🫖✨

Highlights include the Foie Gras Sandwich, Lobster Cannolo with Wasabi Mayonnaise and Morel Mushroom Ricotta Choux Puff, followed by sweets like the Pink Grapefruit & Yuzu Cheesecake, Pecan Speculoos Gâteau and of course, the St. Regis Scone.

It includes a glass of Copenhagen Sparkling Tea and a choice of a pot of tea or coffee, perfect for a cosy afternoon ☕️

Kott-Don 360 has officially opened its new flagship at VivoCity. We loved the cosy space, with its cave-inspired entrance and traditional Korean Hanok elements, making it a unique spot for your next K-BBQ date 🇰🇷

✨ Grand Opening Special: Enjoy their 360-Hour Aged Black Pork for just $1 (limited time only)✨

We tried the Hanwoo Ribeye (exclusive to the VivoCity outlet), Aged Black Pork Belly and Pork Neck, and every cut was juicy, tender and packed with flavour. The meats are wet-aged for 360 hours (15 days), then finished with their signature flower-cut technique before being grilled tableside by the staff, so you can simply sit back and enjoy 🔥

One of our favourite parts was the free-flow banchan station with such a great variety of side dishes. We also enjoyed the crispy Seafood Pancake, refreshing Kimchi Cold Noodles, and torched cheesy steamed egg. And of course, we ended the meal with Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving quality Korean BBQ with great service 🙌🏻

Helmed by a Guangdong master chef with over two decades of Cantonese dim sum craftsmanship, Xiao Fu Yuan serves handmade dim sum prepared fresh upon order. This is the second outlet of Fu Yuan, bringing their premium Teochew-Cantonese flavours to Bukit Timah.

Some of the standout dishes for us were the seafood fried rice with abalone, crab meat and sea cucumber, the pork siew mai with tobiko, and the Teochew dumplings. The sweet potato sesame ball with salted egg yolk was a must-order too 🤤

They are currently offering 10% off selected dim sum during weekday lunch from Monday to Friday, making it a good excuse for a midday dim sum run 🥟🥢
