We hosted our first Sensory Meditation and it was everything we hoped it would be✨🪽🕯️☁️

An evening designed to bring people back into their bodies through tea, cacao, essential oils, smudging, breathwork, and deep intentional meditation. A space to slow down, reconnect, and feel again.
