A little reintroduction 🙋🏼‍♀️

Life has been full lately, in the best way. Between a personal renovation, moving, travel and all the behind-the-scenes that come with it, I’ve been a bit quiet over here.

But design hasn’t stopped. If anything, it’s been evolving.

Stepping back in and sharing more of what we’ve been working on ❤️

A little moody, a little weird and just the right amount of green. I will never get over this funky little powder room 💚

Our biggest transformation yet. We bought this house for the views, not the looks… now it has both !! ✨❤️✨We love calling this place home! #home #homesweethome #homerenovation #exterior #exteriordesign #utah #utahrealestate #remodel #interiordesign #inspiration #beforeandafter #beforeafter taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @homebasin

Proof that a basement bar does not have to feel like a basement bar ❤️

Thought: Maybe the secret to a home that feels like you is decorating a little more like a child and a little less like an adult. More color. More pattern.

More things simply because they make you happy 🥰

Primary bedroom reimagined 💭 This airbnb bedroom was inspired by the feeling of checking into your favorite boutique hotel - but with the comforts of being in a home.

Moody and warm wins every time in my book - a true cozy retreat. Would you paint your bedroom this dark?

I have a tendency to take projects a little farther than most people would 😅

This started as a den with orange trim, scratched up wood floors, and a lot of unrealized potential. I couldn’t settled on a floor that I loved, so I painted one. The stain felt wrong, so I darkened it. The lighting wasn’t adequate for a dining room, so we changed it.

Design has a funny way of snowballing.

It’s safe to say this has become one of my favorite rooms in the house. What about you?

I think the best homes feel collected, not decorated.

Warm wood, soft textures, timeless lighting, and pieces that hold character. Nothing too perfect, just spaces that feel inviting from the moment you walk in.

Because a home should feel as good as it looks 💃🏽

Gotta LOVE a before and after!

This basement fireplace wall had a sliding glass door (that led to a storage shed), and very dated stone. We went full demo-mode and turned an unsightly wall into an absolute focal point 🤩
