As we get closer to showtime, let’s get to know a few of the contestants who will be competing for the title of FLASKMASTER! The event is raising money for Le Cat Cafe @lecatcafephilly, so enjoy a fun evening for a great cause. 😻😻😻😻 First up is Claire Trindle (@BlindBearClaire), who is the Founder of Blind Bear Beverages, hosting educational workshops around cider, cocktails, and more! She is a part-time bartender at the popular music venue, the TLA, on South Street. Just about a week away from FLASKMASTER at @bubsphl! Coming up on 9/27 from 6pm to 9pm! From the creator of 26 episodes of Cutthroat Cocktail comes a new game show ripping off another game show. Supported by Polaris Brand Promotions and taking place at BUBS (102 W Berks St, Philadelphia, PA 19122). Flaskmaster is a cocktail competition where bartenders will compete in a series of absurd bartending-related tasks. All while trying to impress one very important person: The Flaskmaster. After each task, the Flaskmaster will judge the competitors and award points from best to worst. Do something brilliant? Lots of points. Completely confused by the assignment? Probably not so many points. At the end of the competition, the bartender with the most points will be crowned our very first Flaskmaster Champion. This is not a traditional cocktail competition. All tickets come with one free drink (cocktail/mocktail/beer/NA beer)! Drinks are also available throughout the evening for a suggested donation. A portion of the profits from Flaskmaster will be donated to Le Cat Café, supporting their work helping cats in Philadelphia find homes.
