This James Island home has been thoughtfully updated from top to bottom — yes, even the crawlspace. 🫶🏼

Beautiful finishes are one thing, but knowing the less glamorous (and very important) parts of the home have gotten attention too? That’s what I like to see.

There aren’t many things in life that allow my brain to fully shut off. If you know me, you know I’m always full of ideas, chasing the next one, and usually figuring out how to make it happen.

Real estate is a lot like that too — always moving, always thinking ahead, always working toward what’s next.

I’m thankful the water gives me a place to reset and reminds me of something I try to carry into my business, too: you can’t force the timing. You can prepare, stay consistent, keep paddling, and trust that the right wave will come.

Maybe that’s why I love both so much. There’s always another opportunity on the horizon — you just have to be ready for it. ✨

Side note - highly recommend an outdoor shower whether you buy a home with one or install it yourself.. totally worth the after beach rinse! Now let’s go find your home!
