Hi, I’m Lexi Lutui! I was born and raised right here in St. George, and I’ve spent the last 7 years helping families, investors, and home builders achieve their real estate goals.

One of my greatest strengths is genuinely connecting with and caring for people.

Real estate isn’t just a career for me, it has transformed my own family’s lives and opened so many doors and connections. I love helping others experience that same kind of growth and opportunity! My parents and husband have worked in construction and development in Southern Utah for decades, and from them and the many incredible builders I’ve partnered with, I’ve gained an eye for detail and a deep understanding of how homes and communities are built.

Beyond real estate, my family is everything to me. I married my dream guy at 19, and together we are raising five amazing kids who keep us busy, laughing, and grounded in what really matters. We love sports, camping, traveling, and making memories wherever we can. We’ve built and remodeled multiple homes together, and we love a good project and learning experience. When I do get a quiet moment, you’ll usually find me listening to a podcast with a Diet Coke in hand.
