Plot twist- let’s keep them all!
It’s funny how perspective changes with time. I’m so glad I didn’t change any of the original elements that I thought I didn’t love because they’re now my favorite parts of our home.

I use this desk far more than I thought I ever would. It feels very ‘90s family home to me and I love that.

I love the character and little pops of color that displaying cookbooks adds.

I thought the round entry was strange at first, now I love the uniqueness of it.

Hated the wall cutouts. But they’re actually a fun way to dedicate space for art and family photos.

They might not be in the same stages, have the same interests, or even play the same way… but they get to grow up with something so special: each other.

Big kids who learn patience, little kids who have built-in heroes, and a bond that gets to grow and change through every season.

One day, the house will be quiet, and I know I’ll miss these little moments more than I can imagine. So for now, I’m soaking it all in. 🥹
