Virgo ♍ season has me realizing that I need to organize and reprioritize a few things in my own life this week. Not a fan of cancelling, but it's naive to ignore my signs in my life to do some self care and reorganization.

The Universe's plan to move me back to the East Coast has helped me see a lot of the "old me" I chose to run away from instead of processing this "old me" (it's not that easy).

It's cliché to say running away from our problems doesn't fix anything, but a lesson I have recently learned after "running away." Having had a few friends that have done the same, I saw the parallels and synchronicities.

My own inner voice of self loathing, imposter syndrome, and just lack of self love are still here in some of the memories I hold of many places around where I grew up in both Gaston County and Charlotte. Constantly being told I CAN'T do something is also still a deep conditioning I've been trying to shed.

Thankfully, the difference now is that I have resources to process and heal past events and emotions that made me who I am today. I'm definitely not perfect and never will be, but this is just a reminder that healing takes time, consciousness, and being gentle with ourselves in the process. We are all like onions 🧅 with plenty of layers after all.

I don't typically share vulnerabilities on social media, but I hope this post encourages anyone that is struggling through any issues in life to let them know you CAN get through this with love, reprogramming, and creating encouraging communities.

As always sending all the unconditional love, happiness, and abundance we deserve. ❤️

THANK YOU all for this great start and sharing the last group meditation post. To keep the momentum going this Saturday the 27th at 10am I will be starting group meditations at Stowe Park (next to the picnic shelter) in Historic Downtown Belmont. I'll be using 528hz to amplify our meditation and heal our body/mind.

All you need to bring is yourself! Know that anyone, regardless of background or income, will always be welcomed and loved. If you'd like some extra comfort bring a yoga mat or a blanket but I do have some blankets available as well as some pillows so don't stress 😄

The goal is to relax the mind, body, and soul while empowering ourselves as individuals in the process. In turn this will manifest in our lives and the people around us.

Saturdays are purple for me so I'll likely be wearing my purple polo with some white shorts. Since we're still having some summer I'd recommend bringing water to hydrate.

Hey everyone! Hope you're having a wonderful day out there 🙂 It's a bit last minute but I'm starting group meditations (along with a bit of sound healing) tomorrow Wednesday the 24th at Freedom Park @6PM.

After having to shift back to the east coast I'm transitioning my plan over here to help center the mind, body, and soul for locals in the area.

Anyone is more than welcome to come and loved regardless of background and income. My goal is to create stronger more resilient individuals in the process and strengthen our communities as a whole.

I will be bringing some blankets and pillows if anyone wants to lie as it's my preference for meditation, but feel free to bring your own yoga matt or comfy items to help with relaxation.

Going to find a shaded area with no direct sunlight and a place for all to relax that I will mention on Instagram @hypnomanny tomorrow. I'll be wearing a green shirt and have blankets out as well as a speaker. It might be a bit hot due to humidity of course so please remember to hydrate and bring water!

I'm glad these indescribable sights are easily accessible to whomever wants to enjoy some peace and quiet regardless of income. Connecting with some of the best sights in the United States has changed my life without a high investment. If you've never been to this area I'd highly recommend it. It's not perfect but it sure comes close to paradise. No purchase necessary. Let's go out with a BANG!

There's nothing quite like remote working at a local coffee shop. Local people, community, support, and the money stays local. (not corporate)

Working at Starbucks opened my eyes to how disconnected it is with community. On top of that it's like a glorified McDonalds.
