I am SO thrilled to launch the Messy Middle Collective!!

I’ve been working on this for a few months (really, YEARS!) and am excited to finally announce all it will entail

So often I want to make life coaching a bit more accessible than the traditional 1:1 coaching call.

AND also, as with anything valuable, investment is required (trust me, I’m understanding this deeply in my flip house process lol).

This was birthed out of a process I started noticing over and over and over again in many client’s lives who eventually started to experience real progress. They started to see better jobs, interviews, raises (🤑), the ability to sleep again, stand up for themselves in a room full of bullies, say “no” with their chest, explore things they wouldn’t have, all without losing themselves.

I have found myself in many unwelcome transitions in my life, and one of the biggest things that has grounded me was knowing my values and what I would and wouldn’t stand for. It’s amazing what strides you can make in your life when you’re clear on some things.

So, take a look at it, or share with the friend that came to mind as you sift through this!

The link in my bio takes you to the site where you can find more info and register.

XOXOXO

1. I stopped reading into things (facial expressions, laughter cadence, wondering what the GCs look like). You can drive yourself MAD doing this, and it just increases our controlling tendencies

2. I started connecting because I wanted to, and didn’t if I didn’t want to. The rest is lowkey a form of manipulation. Keep taking the mask off so you can have real relationships with people

3. I started giving relationships TIME to develop. I stopped trying to force (control) a relationship that wasn’t there. In our culture of instant gratification, maybe we all need some time to ease into things. Including relationships/friendships.

Relax and go be human! 🤍 I’m ROOTING FOR YOU!!

a few thoughts after ALL THE LOVE yesterday 🥲

Messy Middle is so freaking real, and I’m really really so thankful mine led me to this moment.

Life sucks sometimes, and it’s beautiful sometimes ☯️

And truly couldn’t be happier about it (middle school me didn’t realize, but don’t worry we caught up 💪🏼) by @honestwithelise

If my personality type was the only one, the world would be in DEEP CHAOTIC weeds. lol.

What feels second nature to you, is amazing. And also isn’t to everyone. Think about your unique contribution and then start thinking about when it’s NOT needed or most effective

watch a leaf fall all the way to the ground (all the way)
stare into your pets eyes

slow down, work from home, imposter syndrome, positivity, peace, calm, healthy growth, healthy challenge, self care, self awareness by @honestwithelise

Basic truth: anxiety is a part of life, we try to fight AGAINST it, but what if we learned to cope WITH it

Anxiety happens with big decisions, stressful people, growth moments, and protection moments. Our bodies don’t know the difference sometimes. Awareness helps us learn and know really how to move and work with anxiety to spur us TOWARDS big things!

The first investment property I ever purchased, I was worried SICK about it. Truly!! It scared me to death, and I was sure I was making a bad decision. Well, turns out it was just a NEW decision.

And new decisions are scary, and also not always bad.

If you’re waiting to feel ready, what if you started looking at anxiety a bit differently, and learned to work WITH it? You’re capable of coping with the decisions you make!!!

Values work link in my bio, or comment “VALUES” And I’ll send it to you🤍 by @honestwithelise

I lied. It’s actually 10 BILLION different phone combinations.

And each lead to a different number

We are the same. All of our context
- family of origin
- financial security
- sex
- ethnicity
- location
- culture
- religion

ALL shape how we see/ view / interact with the world. That’s why copy/paste solutions rarely work

and why the world is so full of diversity and beauty 🌱

Come hang with me on my page @honestwithelise 🪩
We’re learning to be more secure over here as awareness grows. I’m in my own messy middle in my own unique context. And you are too 🥲 by @honestwithelise
