We can be part of the exact same business and want completely different things from it. ❤️

And honestly, I think that's one of the things people misunderstand most about what I do.

Not everyone comes here wanting to build some massive business.

One woman may just LOVE the products and think, Well shoot... if I'm already telling everybody about them, why not make a little extra money too? 😂

Another may discover she absolutely loves helping customers.

Someone else may realize she loves mentoring women, developing leaders and building something BIG.

And here's the cool part...
Your goals are allowed to change.

You don't have to show up on day one with some giant vision for where this is going.

You can start small. You can stay small. Or you can start small and somewhere along the way realize...
Wait a minute. I think I want to see how far I can take this. 👀

For me, one of my biggest drivers has become TIME.
Time with my family. Time with my boys. Being able to be there for the everyday stuff that doesn't necessarily make the highlight reel.

Like standing in the kitchen cooking with Kage. ❤️

Nine years ago, I certainly didn't understand all the ways this business would eventually give me more ownership over my time.

I can always make more money.
I can't make more time with my kids.
That's MY version of a win.
Yours might be completely different.

Maybe you want an extra stream of income.
Maybe you love health and wellness, skincare, beauty or all the cool technology and devices.

Maybe you want something that's YOURS outside of being a mom or your career.
Maybe you want to build something lasting for your family.
Or maybe you're just curious enough to crack the door open and see what's on the other side.

You don't have to know exactly where you want this to take you before you're allowed to start.
Sometimes you start... and THEN you discover what's possible. ❤️

For a long time, I think I had success a little backwards.

We’re taught to trade our time for money, then use the money to buy the things that make us look successful.

Somewhere along the way, I reordered my priorities.

I still have goals. I still work hard. I still love nice things.

But I realized the thing I wanted most was ownership of my time.

A slow morning at home. Being available for my kids. Not having to ask permission to take a day off. Having the flexibility to work around my life instead of building my life around work.

The goal was never Gucci.

The goal was having more say over how I spend the one thing I can never earn back........time.

It's funny how small things don't feel very powerful... until you give them time. 👏

$27.40 a day doesn't sound life-changing.

But over a year? That's $10,000.

And I think we forget how much this applies to almost EVERYTHING in life.

A short workout.
A little money put into savings.
15 minutes spent learning something new.
A few intentional actions toward a goal.

None of them look particularly impressive on Wednesday 😂

But stack those Wednesdays together for a year... and suddenly they can look VERY different.

I think that's one of the biggest misconceptions about having a side gig, too.

It doesn't have to replace your career.
It doesn't have to become a full-time job.
You don't have to have some massive income goal.

Maybe an extra $10K a year would help pay for Vacations.
Christmas.
Kids' activities.
Debt.
Savings.
Or just give your family a little more breathing room.

Small actions + consistency + time can do some pretty incredible things.

And that's honestly one of my favorite things to teach people.

How to take small, repeatable daily actions that fit into the life they're ALREADY living... and let those actions compound.

Because sometimes changing your life doesn't start with doing something huge.

Sometimes it starts with asking...

If I could step into this 1st picture for just one minute... ❤️

I wouldn't tell her to lose weight.
I wouldn't tell her to work harder.
I wouldn't tell her she needed to have it all figured out.

I'd just hug her.

And then I'd tell her...

"Be patient."

"Your body isn't working against you. It's asking you to take care of it."

"Stop being so hard on yourself. You're doing better than you think."

"One day you'll realize that taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's one of the greatest gifts you can give your family."

"Keep saying yes to opportunities that scare you."

"The little daily choices you're about to make... the walks, the workouts, the better nutrition, the prayers, the moments you choose consistency over perfection... they're all adding up, even when you can't see it."

"The little boy you're raising is going to grow into an incredible young man, and he's watching you more than you know."

"You're going to build a business... but somewhere along the way, you'll build yourself too."

Nine years ago, I thought I was saying yes to a side hustle.

I had no idea I was saying yes to better health... better habits... more confidence... friendships I never expected... leadership I never dreamed of... memories all over the world... and a life with more purpose and more time with the people I love most.

The woman in that old picture wasn't broken.
She was simply in the middle of becoming.

So today, instead of criticizing her, I'm thanking her.

Thank you for showing up when it was hard.

Thank you for choosing progress over perfection.

Thank you for not quitting.

Because everything I love about my life today exists because you kept putting one foot in front of the other.

If you're reading this and you're in the middle of your own journey, whether it's your health, your career, your family, or simply learning to believe in yourself again...

Keep going!

One day, you'll look back and realize the life you're praying for today was built by the small, faithful choices you made when nobody was watching. 💚
