AI 🤖 once a tool has become a crutch for alot of us, for me with writing ✍️ and grammar. I aspire now in this season of rest, introspection and inspiration to come… To take my time to learn things I don’t know. Allowing that slow pace to guide me into showing gratitude for the journey and not just receiving the instant gratification for the end result. Nothing wrong with getting your hands “dirty” putting those long hours in on those projects or hiring REAL people and getting that support you need to bring your 👁️ visions to life.

Super excited to be back in a space where I feel safe enough to share my voice, my presence and experiences in my life and my personal growth. I Did A Brave 🙈 Thing Yesterday…. Went To The National Book 📚 Festival!

Recap: It was such a refreshing, fun, overwhelming, engaging, explorative and nostalgia filled experience for an event. Some moments were a bit…. testing because people just be weird asl 🙄. Bless, didn’t stop me from still having a good time and sharing great company. (shoutout to @mayaxshantel 🤎🙌🏾✨ follow her on Tik Tok, she covers books, home decor and moreee and the ladies I met there on the whim, GREAT talks!)

🏢: HUGE space, lots of walking (unintentionally got my steps in 💪🏾) and navigating but they give you a map so that was helpful! Plus, plenty of nice staff to ask for directions. 😌

✨Highlights 🤸🏾‍♀️: Y’all I got to see Clifford The Big Red ❤️Dog 🐶, my family knowssss how much I love Clifford! PEAK inner child 👧🏾 moment accomplished (I almost didn’t get the photo 📸 but I did it for my inner child🌻)! I grew up watching him every single morning before school, #pbskids raised meeee, comforted and taught me so much. Went to a panel called “Peace is Anywhere (Even Out of Time & Space)” featuring Amber McBride author ✍️ of “The Leaving Room” (fun fact she proudly practices Hoodoo I LOVED that so much and acknowledged communicating with your ancestors during a question around death) and Elana K. Arnold (family of Holocaust survivors and she’s autistic) author ✍️ of “Holloway”. Both of those books fall into the categories of magical realism, fantasy, romance, LGBT, historical, young adult fiction genres. Both stories from hearing the authors explores grief, love, life and death from my understanding.(I resonate with navigating grief in many aspects this year)

🌟More Highlights 🙌🏾: Treated myself to a new book called “The Girl With A Thousand Faces” by Sunyi Dean it’s a Horror, thriller, fiction novel and my first time reading a “horror” novel.

IMO it was 8/10, security check was backwards, but Bless! Some NPCs 🧍‍♀️ being 🙃🫥. GREAT day!

#inmyopinion Kinda Moment 💭.. Post Meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️. This Is The Most Roughly Edited & Cut Video I’ve Ever Done BUT It Was About The Intent. (So Not Too Much On That 😂) IG Also Was Tripping & Moving Glitchy While Doing So, And I Was Making Peak 🏔️ Editing Progress. 😮‍💨

These Are My Opinions On Teaching Nowadays (I Overstanddd… The Funding Issues And That Whole Conundrum On A Government Level 🙂‍↕️🤲🏾) & The Possible Disconnect, Based On My Observations Through My Experiences.
