I would have never imagined I would be internationally performing heels dancing and us placing 2nd with such fire compassionate dancers!!

@faitaccomplidance thank you for believing in me even with all the changes and shifts in my life! Going to every rehearsal and making time for training gave me so much life during tough times. @stilettohealsmbw is such a healing space especially for some of my dance blockages has been dealing with timing and musicality issues, which is what I got a lot of coaching and training on! Thank you again for your inspiring choreography and belief in movement healing!

Thank you to the amazing dancers @honeyy_b1 @oliviasylk @gilda.juncal who are absolutely joyful and radical in all the things we represented and embodied. Placing really meant a lot with all the things we were fighting!

I can’t wait to see more performances of these baddies ❤️💕

As my body shifts and glows, my dance journey is just beginning! Since September 2024, I have had a paid performance every month or sometimes more and this year I had 3 performances in Aug 2025 even while things shifted dramatically in my life. I invested so much time and life for this journey because this helped me survive the corrupt entertainment club industry. Performing and dance technique training helped me remember that our bodies are art and we deserve to be valued and honored. We are not here to be cheap entertainment for mass consumption.

People and institutions will fight this as a weakness and find all petty ways to make ill of us, but truly our greatest challenges and drives to be our authentic selves are our strengths to bloom and glow in our movement.

People don't often post tears and frustrations and challenges.

But they exist.

When you set a goal things can happen weeks, days, hours, minutes before that shake you, distract you, damage you. Make you want to shift your energy in a whole new direction.

And yet we keep our heads up and we keep pushing. To the finish line. Past the finish line. Standing on business until it's time to take care of business.

This is your reminder to keep your head up. Keep pushing. Keep striving. Don't let any barriers thrown in your path keep you from the joyous moments you've worked so hard for 🥹🙏🏿🥹

So proud of the professionalism and poise of this incredible group of humans 🌹

@montrealheelsfestival meet Stiletto Heals dancer Kiana (she/ her) 🍯

How do you define yourself as a dancer?
I define myself as a dancer who is constantly evolving. Dance has been my outlet for self-discovery — it’s how I’ve learned to embrace confidence, creativity, and control over my own narrative.

Who do you represent in this Stiletto Heals production?
I represent the professional working woman who still makes time to dance!

What are you most excited for about Montreal Heels Festival/Visiting Canada?
Taking classes with all the choreographers!

Catch her on stage Sunday November 16th in Montreal! Still time to get your passes today! 🎟️
