At Nile University of Nigeria, three on-site solar power stations with a combined capacity of 850KW are preventing 346 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. With potential to scale up to 10MW, this investment in clean energy strengthens campus resilience while advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals on Clean Energy and Climate Action.

Our Employability teams have established four AI-focused squads to pilot tools in CV building, interview preparation, skills assessment and talent placement — combining human insight with scalable innovation.

In Morocco, EMSI and Mundiapolis are equipping career counsellors with AI tools for adaptive coaching and smarter talent matching, improving engagement and placement efficiency.

At MANCOSA in South Africa, employability extends beyond traditional career paths.

The MANCOSA Business Incubator Programme helps students and alumni transform ideas into sustainable businesses through entrepreneurship, innovation, and real-world industry support. Across the three phases of Foundation, Start-Up, and Accelerator, participants gain access to expert coaching, mentorship, networking opportunities, business strategy development, and practical tools to help launch and scale their ventures.

The programme culminates in a final pitch event where participants present their businesses to industry leaders, with seed funding awarded to the top three and personalised accelerator coaching for the top five. Supported by partners like Al Baraka Bank and leading entrepreneurship experts, the programme creates meaningful pathways for students to build their own futures.

A multi-part AI series at MANCOSA strengthened institutional culture and responsible adoption. The Animation School participated in a global authorship validation pilot, reducing false plagiarism flags while reinforcing academic integrity. At FEDISA, formal guidelines require disclosure of AI use and cap AI-generated content, balancing fluency with originality and independent thinking.

Because the future of education will not be shaped by technology alone, but by how responsibly we choose to use it.

At Red & Yellow Creative School of Business in South Africa, students are supported through career coaching, CV clinics, portfolio reviews, interview preparation, workplace learning, and direct employer engagement, helping them graduate with more than a qualification. Under the guidance of Employability Coordinator Mohanoe Marumo, students are equipped with the practical skills, confidence, and industry exposure needed to thrive in competitive creative industries.

Maxine Carr’s journey reflects that impact. Her final-year project earned a Student Bronze Loerie Award before leading her into the Ogilvy South Africa Graduate Programme, and today, she works as a Junior Art Director at one of the country’s leading creative agencies.
