Best advice I can give my hitters is simply to compete your ass off! Stop worrying about what it looks like. Compete your ass off!! #youwillnotwincauseiwillnotlose #trainlikeajedi #refuse2lose #r2l #trainlikeajedi taken in Hustle Baseball by @honsolo75

Everyone has drills Everyone has opinions.
Very few build hitters the right way.
At 8–9 years old, I don’t chase hype
I build foundations.
Confidence
Rhythm
Timing
These are my two youngest players explaining what hitting is about.
This isn’t guesswork.
This is my system
And it works!! #youwillnotwincauseiwillnotlose #trainlikeajedi #r2l #refuse2lose #masterjedi by @honsolo75

One of my favorite warm-up drills.
I’ve been using this with my hitters for over 25 years, and it’s a great way to get the body moving in sync while finding rhythm and tempo. It also reinforces proper stretch and direction — setting the tone before we start tee work and live swings.

Appreciate @htx.jojo for letting me film.
