A flag can hold a whole lot of meaning.
A country’s story, its journey, and the pride of everyone who calls it home.
Today, we celebrate the flag that brings us together.

Happy UAE Flag Day 🇦🇪

A small challenge for your next Hoof visit: order something you don’t usually order.

If your hand always reaches for the same thing on the menu, let Aqua interrupt the routine. Lemongrass, basil, ginger, honey and soda water. A fresh, light combination that takes a different route from your usual coffee order.

Your regular can wait one visit. You might find a new favourite while you’re at it. by @hoof.cafe

There’s always a little bit of everything happening behind the bar.

Ingredients lined up, ice in the shaker, a few careful pours, and the final touch that brings it all together.

A favourite drink usually has a backstory. We asked our head barista at Dubai Mall to show us two of his personal favourites... by @hoof.cafe

It’s easy to meet a coffee at the end of its journey. But, there was a beginning, too.

This one comes from Hamasho Village in Ethiopia, a name worth knowing, not just because it tells you where the coffee comes from, but because every origin brings its own growing environment, people, and way of doing things.

Not all pink tastes the same.
Rose Cloud - raspberry, rose, lemon, sparkles & cotton candy.
Watermelon Blush - watermelon, coconut, soda & fresh mint.
Ruby Lychee - lychee, lemon, pomegranate soda & redcurrants.

While you’re deciding which one wins, just a reminder, part
of the revenue from every Pink Hope drink goes
to @aljalilauae to support breast cancer awareness.

So… which one are you picking first?

You might come in knowing exactly what you want. Or
you might see the pour, spot something on the dessert
table, change your mind and call it a plan.

Either way, we’ll make it a good one.

Meet Pink Hope, three new drinks joining us this October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Rose Cloud
Watermelon Blush
Ruby Lychee

Every drink you order becomes a small part of something bigger, with a portion of the revenue going to @aljalilauae supporting their efforts around breast cancer awareness and the women whose lives are touched by it.

Every glass is a little reminder that hope is something we can all pour into.

Available at Hoof Misk, Dubai Mall & Grove Village - RAK.

The beauty of a V60 is knowing... when to pour, when to wait, when to slow down and when to leave things alone.

There are coffees you try, and coffees you eventually stop
thinking about choosing.

You already know what you’re ordering. You know how it
tastes. You know it’ll hit the mark. That’s a different kind of
loyalty.

For us, that’s what specialty coffee should earn, not
attention for one visit, but a place in your routine.
