Coral reefs are under pressure but there are people actively working to give them a fighting chance. 🪸

Coral restoration can help rebuild damaged coral populations through growing, caring for, outplanting, and monitoring corals over time.

It’s not a complete solution on its own, but it is one important piece of reef recovery and one of the reasons I fell so in love with marine conservation in the first place. 🌊

Hooked on Waves has always been about more than what we wear in the ocean. It’s about protecting the places that make us feel most alive.
