You can get older.
You can get busier.
Your knees might complain a little more. 😂

But if you love the game, that part never really goes away.

Once a baller, always a baller. 🏀

How long have you been hooping? Drop the number of years below 👇

Women hoopers bring everything to the game. 🏀🔥

Skill. Toughness. Confidence. IQ. Competitiveness.

The game keeps growing, the talent keeps rising, and the level of basketball speaks for itself.

Her game. Her court.

That’s not just a phrase. It’s the energy.

Who’s one women’s hooper you love watching right now? 👇

The Finals are SET. 🔥🏀

Golden State Valkyries vs Atlanta Dream.

Two teams.
Two semifinal sweeps.
One championship.

Now we want to hear it:

Who wins the 2026 WNBA Finals — and in how many games? 👇

Drop your pick like this:

VALKYRIES in __
or
DREAM in __

No “either one.” Pick a side. 😂

Want more playing time? It’s not always about scoring more. 🏀

Coaches notice the little things:
Defend hard.
Sprint back every possession.
Communicate.
Make simple, smart plays.

Do those consistently and you become a player your team can trust.

Which one do you think earns the most minutes? 👇

What a day. 🏀🔥

Our first HOOPHZ Basketball Camp was everything we hoped for: basketball, energy, competition, learning and a whole lot of fun.

The kids brought the energy from beginning to end, and seeing them compete, improve, make new friends and enjoy the game made it all worth it.

And we might have had just as much fun as they did. 😂🏀

A huge THANK YOU to every player, parent, coach, sponsors and everyone who helped make this camp happen.

This was only the beginning.

👀 We’re already looking forward to the next one.

Would your young hooper join us next time? 👇

Some Sundays are made for slowing down.

A quiet court.
A basketball.
No pressure. No rush.

Just getting shots up and enjoying the game. 🏀🌅

That’s a perfect Sunday.

What does your perfect basketball Sunday look like? 👇

Pickup basketball has its own rulebook 😂🏀”

“Sorry, I can’t play soft…”

Because in pickup, apparently personal fouls are just… suggestions. 😂

No free throws. No foul trouble. Just arguments at the top of the key.

What’s the most ridiculous “pickup rule” your group plays by? 👇

Weekend plans? Already booked. 😂🏀

While everybody else is figuring out where they’re going, hoopers are just trying to figure out what gym is open and who’s running 5s.

Be honest… how much of your weekend usually involves basketball? 👇

Tag the friend who’s ALWAYS trying to hoop on the weekend.

The Sporting News put together three all-time WNBA teams, and there’s plenty to debate. Do you agree with the first team? Should someone from the second or third team move up? And who’s missing entirely?

Give us one player you’d add and one you’d move or remove 👇

3 things every young hooper should work on every day. 🏀

1️⃣ Ball handling
Control the ball. Control the game.

2️⃣ Finishing with both hands
Be a threat from either side.

3️⃣ Form shooting
Build your shot from the basics.

Simple skills. Big difference over time.

Parents and hoopers — which one needs the most work right now? 👇

💾 Save this for the next workout.
📲 Share it with a young hooper.
