Greg Oden was a highly talented 7-foot center who was selected 1st overall by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2007 NBA Draft after playing at Ohio State. He was considered one of the best young big men in basketball and showed strong skills as a rebounder, defender, and scorer near the basket. Unfortunately, multiple serious knee injuries caused him to miss much of his NBA career, including his entire first season. Oden played only 105 NBA games with Portland and the Miami Heat, averaging 8.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game.
