Finding inspiration, recharging batteries and just having a good time with my daughter. 🌸❤️🌱I'm struggeling a little bit with my two profiles (@hoopmaris and @flowin.lines ) its hard to post on both profiles. Maybe I will put them toghether an post some hooping, some drawing and some lovley moments ... 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️But which profil should be the one and only?? Where would you want to see my posts from now on? ✨️ Im neuen Jahr möchte ich...... alte Gewohnheiten wieder etablieren! Heute ging es endlich wieder etwas in den Reifen.In 2025 möchte ich wieder etwas sanfter und freundlicher zu mir selbst sein. Das heißt ich darf wieder öfter in mich hineinhorchen und schauen wo der Schuh drückt. 🥴🧐 Dabei dürfen natürlich meine Hulahoops nicht fehlen. Übrigens das tolle Yoga-Kissen auf dem ich sitze ist von der lieben Anne von Anbelyn und einzigartig. 🤗 Sie hat es mir aus alten Spielteppichen genäht und zusätzlich für die Füllung nicht nur Watte, sondern auch Stoffreste genutzt. So bekommen die Stoffe wieder neues Leben 🥰. Anne ist eine richtige Upcyglin-Queen und näht sehr gerne auf Anfrage solche kleinen Yoga-Kissen-Unikate. 🫢 sorry für mein leicht müdes und messy Äußeres, aber auch das gehört zum sanfter sein. 😅Habt ihr euch etwas für 2025 vorgenommen? #hoopdance #Hulahoop #yogakissen #kissenliebe #hulahooping #sichgutestun #neuesjahr #frohesneuesjahr #happyhooper by @hoopmaris

Chilly hoopdance after some very hot summer days. 💖☀️The next days it will cool off and the temperatures will drop from around 30 degrees to 20 degrees 🌧🌧🌧. Its so crazy 😅. Wooohoooooo!!Der erste Teil der #hoopflowchoreo2024 ist da!Die erstes Moves zeigt uns natürich Isabella @hoopflow.academy und ja ich hatte ein paar Probleme mit dem Griff beim Iso-Pop 😅, aber das wird mir in den kommenden Wochen sicher auch in Fleisch und Blut übergehen. Its over!! 🥲The #verticalhoopingmonth is over! 🤗 January was full of vertical hooping, full of ups and downs. 😅But before you start to reflect what of your goals you have recieved I wanna thank you all for beeing part of this and for encouraging me to host this month again! 🥰🙏 I have to say that it all went not like expected... my January was a little bit crazy and I'm sick again 🤧😷...so yeah this little Video is definitly not from today 😅😅.However I hope you could learn something new this month or get better with your vertical hooping!
